Look how far we've fallen said the demon to the Devil,
Such pristine heights we once reached,
Now forever beyond our claws.
With a wistful look the young one reached his hands high.
The Devil sighed and shook his head,
Such heights were never ours little one.
Always they were held from us in holy betrayal.
With refined rejections that we never realized.
The demon looked up hope dieing in his eyes.
Such sweet promises transformed into tortured truths.
A hatred bred from purity, when love was denied and scorned.
When power corrupted and beings took they’re fall.
As white turned to black and smiles to snarls.
Hands turned to claws as once thought comrades watched with scorn filled eyes.
Sneers of disgust replaced smiles of greeting as they fell.
Streets of gold turned to pits of fire as hatred bred deeper.
Such hatred to fill a realm to rival the one who revoked the life they lived.
Chaste intentions turned to sinful pleasures.
Spite combats hope in the world between worlds.
Look how far we’ve fallen said the Devil to the demon,
Such pristine heights we fell from,
Forever condemned to live below they’re wings.
Fear not little one, for soon the tables will turn and we will strike.
So massive the insults that they will not be forgotten.
So deep the hatred that it will not be quenched.
Such black our hearts the light will not enter.
So damned our souls that we will never rise again.
So strong our will that we will not be kept down.
So sharp our claws that they will rend and tear flesh from bone.
So hungry our need for vengeance we will not stop.
I speak now the name of our redemption,
In fire and chaos we will emerge.
In bedlam and fear we will rule.
In destruction and pain we will thrive.
Prepare young one for redemption in rebellion.
Prepare for Armageddon.
So say the Devil to the Demon
