Yeaaah. Not sure where this should go? >_>;
But, okay. Sooo. My boobs are stinging. Like, painfully. Alll day. D: I have no idea why. It can't be my bra, because I wasn't wearing one today.
How do I make it go away? DD:

Apply some ice for now (make sure you wrap them in a towel or something. You should never let the ice touch your skin) and make a doctor's appointment. It could just be a little irritation or rash, or it could be something bad. Better safe than sorry. xp
Good luck!

Mabye because you didn't wear a bra you got sore? That happens to me.
Also if you're on or near your period boobs become tender. Or while they are still developing.

It's still a medical problem. Unless you can diagnose yourself with what's wrong, you'd probably need to see a medical professional. What if it's something serious, and only gets worse over time? Even if we tell you what it could possibly be, we're not medical professionals, and we can't diagnose you with anything, therefore our opinions mean squat. All we can do is guess, whereas a doctor would be able to tell you what's wrong. If you can't see a doctor, maybe you can try going to a walk-in clinic?

Do you have to tell your family what's wrong? Can't you just say "I'm not feeling too well and I would like to go to the doctor"? If they ask for more details, you don't have to be specific. You can just say that it's "female stuff."
Besides, as Niko said, there's that "what if." Cancer starts as just one little malfunctioning cell and then it grows into a huge problem that can kill you. So just because it's small now, or has mostly gone away, doesn't mean that it will be small forever or that it's REALLY gone (herpes, for example, may not show any symptoms for a very long time, but it's still there).
Obviously, it's your body and your choice. But my advice would be "you only get one body, make damn sure it stays healthy."
Good luck! heart

Teh Gothic Oreo >_< I'll call my doctor next time it happens, then. Believe me, I know how you feel! I had so much embarassing stuff happen to me when I was a teen. I had a clogged milk duct (which led to a very large and painful lump on my breast), then I managed to clog my urinary tract (which led to an infection, burning horrible pain, and blood in my pee). Neither of these things were things I particularly wanted to tell my step father (the one who drives and would have to take me to the doctor's). Bodies can really suck sometimes sad

You may want to try to put some hydrocorizone cream on it. That helps sometime. Advil works wonders. You may want to instead of using ice use a nice cold bottle of water.
If it still happens go to the doctor
