♥ Type 2 Immortality - Typically thought of with non-human species. Cannot age or die from sickness and certain things such as wounds or other damage heal quickly. Certain things such as decapitation, severe damage to the heart, or other species specific weaknesses can still cause death
♥ Persuasion - Commonly confused with mind control. If Marley looks into someone's eyes directly and requests/suggests something, they are more apt to do what she wants. This power doesn't work on anyone who is blind or if the effects are blocked by sunglasses or the eyes are covered. This power is also affected by the mental strength of who she is attempting to control (much like the Imperius curse).
♥ Super Strength - Another typical Vampire strength. Increased muscle activity leads to an ability to pick up heavier things.

♥ Out of Practice - Marley doesn't believe in using her powers except in important circumstances. This means her control range is limited.
♥ Plasma requirement - Although she can consume human food, vampires require plasma (blood) in order to provide sustenance. Animal blood will sustain just as well as anything but most vampires will agree that human blood has a better taste to it.

Skin: Pale

Hair is long and black but is done up in a Victorian England style fashion. If she's feeling lazy or doesn't have the means to put it up that way she puts it into a ponytail.
Fashion comes in two styles: Modern Victorian Gothic and Modern Gothic
Mod-Victorian consists of corset style dresses, but they're shorter than the old ones. A head piece such as a small decorative top hat or a flower are often worn in conjunction with this. Strap-boots that don't quite fit with the dress are often worn as well.
Modern Gothic usually consists of a black graphic or band Tee and a pair of bondage pants. Converse shoes often replace boots in this case.
One accessory always worn is a pair of John Lennon style sunglasses that are perscription grade.
She also carries a parasol wile outside to keep out of the sun.

Personality
Marley is a smart, level headed, motherly, vegetarian with a love of the gothic culture as well as Victorian England. She loves helping others and appears to be everybody's friend. When crossed, however, she's vicious.
She always weighs decisions carefully and tries to come up with the best answer to her own problems. When helping others she tries to be as fair as possible.
She's good with kids, always speaking softly to them.
As a vegetarian this doesn't mean she only drinks animal blood. It means when she feels like eating human food she sticks to a nice salad....with some blood on it. She also tries not to take blood from anything still living if she can help it.
Marley is very sensitive about her Goth culture and will shoot a dark voiced comment at anyone who belittles it. She wants people to understand that not all goths are alike and just because she dresses darkly and is fond of death-related poetry, it doesn't mean that she's a sociopath hell-bent on killing herself.

History
Ecaterina Kobori was born to a poor family in Romania. She was the only child and, to her father's dismay, a female. She was forced to work hard, receding into herself and obeying every word. One day, while out at the market, the village was attacked by a clan of vampires. She returned home to find her family dead, two vampires still feasting. They turned upon her entrance and she cowered before them, promising them that she'd do anything if they would let her live. One of the vampires, having a soft spot for the girl, granted her that and turned her. Her willingness to bend to anyone's will allowed her the ability to make others do the same (that's called karma >D).
Ecaterina lived with her coven, an aristocratic bunch, until part of it decided to depart away from Romania. She went with the smaller group to England around the Victorian Era. Immediately she fell in love with the fashions and culture. She got rid of her accent over the years and adopted the style. She also changed her name to fit in. She even had a small fling with Shakespeare (it didn't work out).
As years passed the times and fashions changed, and, yearning for a chance to live in the London she once knew, she departed with another group of Vampires off to America.
She lived in America for a long time, moving about in order to keep her job as an employee for the Red Cross. Marley found it wonderful that humans would gladly give their blood for others who needed it....and the perk of getting to drink anything in abundance or close to expiring was nice too. With a job like this however, Marley had to change her name and do a little "Pursueding" and computer hacking when the time came to that. She also had to move to keep suspicions down.
Eventually she moved to a small country style house in the suburbs of Chicago.
After a few years of living alone there she was joined by her younger half-brother (born from the vampire who turned her and a demon woman) Charlie who was cast out of the coven for being an abomination. Marley took good care of the half-vampire half-demon and was soon assisted by Charlie's half-brother Christopher (son of Charlie's mother and the devil himself) who had escaped from Hell to get away from everything he didn't believe in.
They've been living together for some time now, but Marley knows she can't keep running forever....

Requested Quest
Marley as a new patient, dressed in a dark purple and black Modern Victorian dress with a matching mini-tophat and her strapped boots. Glasses are a must, but you can at least see part of her eyes. Hair is done up in a spiffy way.
