Tsukurou had been traveling happily. Taking in the large mountain terrains to the small ponds and large vast waves of grass. Lots of walking. But one as young as he- probably early thirties in human years.. Walk along.. This was his adventure- to find something.. someone he was missing but had no idea where to start? Probably a year before this- it was much more fun. Befriending a god - and surfing all the way til they fell over with laughter in the sand.. It was the days.. til that same God died.. After a tragic fall that Tsu could not handle too well. Staring at the sea for vast amounts of his time.. Every wave that came up.. he just smiled but when they crashed.. he got lonely. He didn't surf for a time. Morning slightly til he decided.. He would leave. Adventure out- and meet others.. and finally fill the gap he was missing.
Thus finding along the way two lionesses. No background checks required.. he took each one in.. and they formed bonds. Then they started this 'traveling family'- whom took in strays.. and helped them improve on certain morals or lessons that needed to be taught to survive. Like. Hunting. Learning to co exist with other feline species.. and even loving. But of course- after the long days.. long nights of traveling.. they came to a stop where the ocean greeted the long awaited cat colored lion.. Blankly staring out.. and of course. He couldn't help his surfer tendencies before plummeting in.
"Oh god." "Hehe.. He looks so happy.." "Yea.. not when thrashing in to coral reefs he doesn't." "Huh? Well- we could always heal him afterwards?" "Don't encourage this-"
The monotoned lion lifted her head- staying on the grassy part as she watched her.. 'head of the pack' play in the water as if he were a cub. Blankly staring as the swelling of her emotions started to boil. She was withholding a secret that when revealed will change the lives of the one she stared at- and the lioness she became to be now. The one whom chose not to talk- cared too hard- worry wart- surreal at times- and generally detached from the group. But still, she was apart of it. Her tail swaying just slightly. Feeling the cool breeze weave in to her fur..
Izzy's blue eyes softly looked at her pack mate's face. She looked so sad for some reason- and at times she probably could be heard trying to hold in tears at night. Israfel was one of those lioness whom knew of hurt- and torment- but still she smiled. The lively one of the group.. Whom sang, danced and generally gave their adventures together a 'beat'.
"I'm going to go hunting- he is gunna be hungry when he looses all that energy. Stay here would you-" Roho turned her face and started to head out in to the grassy area and in to the lush of woods not to far from them.
"Heh.. so he doesn't go off and kill himself.~" In a joking manner~ Izzy commented back.
"Yea- that. Lets try to prevent it this time~" Rolling her eyes and sighing happily by the small moments of this .. very different family. Neither of them were romantically attached- but all of them found a bond of more like 'family'. Trotting away and checking the perimeters of the area. Any sign of game~. She would find. She was good at that at least.
Israfel laughed and looked on.. gazing at the older male playing. Then got in to his surf mode- laughing with himself.. Finally she saw the side of him that Roho Sila had told her about. The one whom wasn't totally focused on teaching and becoming wise. Maybe that was what his journey was about.. He had taken her in when she had lost a lot of weight- from being in a barren like Savannah lands. Cruel.. desert.. til they happened to come along and help ease the hunger. Teaching her how to fish instead of kill. "Oh~~~ sea.. the mountains and the oceans.. can you hear us.. can you feel the rhythm closing on you~~ Can you hear us calling you~~" Her soft voice softly ringing... She had a tender angelic voice.. and at times. Tsu would merely tell her to sing for the cubs to sleep.. And by the next day they would run off and tell their mothers.. Of an angel. But she sang- because it was in her heart.. and she sang with all of her.

The blue eyes watched as another wave crashed along the shoreline, the white foam curling around his dark feet and then receding back into the massive body of water. It had only been a week or more since the lion had washed up on the shore his sister the only part of his living family alive missing. It was true he wasn’t sure if she was alive or not but in his own heart he kept telling himself that she wouldn’t die so easily without him. Shaking the small droplets of water from his mane from his earlier swim Kai let his paws sink into the ground as he started to make his way along the edge of the shoreline, his ears, eyes, and nose searching for anything that would lead him to his sister, but instead this time it only lead to a lioness on the shoreline and what sounded like a rather sweet tune lingering from her lips. It didn’t sound like anything his sister and him use to sing when they were bored but it was definitely something beautiful. She was white in body with rather interesting colorful markings running across her body and by her singing she seemed rather friendly however meeting anyone new was rather an interesting case for him. He wasn’t sure if they were friendly, dark, moody, or even rather ferocious in wanting a fight in which he was rather fond of avoiding. Pausing, Kai decided it was best if he just remained listening to her beautiful singing then interrupting it and getting stuck in a position he didn't want to be in.

As usual. Tsukurou was filled with amusement as he felt the waves her pretty well. Waving about as he laughed and dunked his head in. Staying for long periods of time under the water.. Then when he rose- he heard the song of his follower. "Oy! You are singing again~!" He smiled at her. "Your voice sounds that of a thousand angels~! I'm glad you found it once more!" He called out to her. Then dunked his head in to find a wave to body surf it.
Israfel's ears went up as she heard her friend's words. Softly shying from it as she sung out again.. It was a sound of giving to the earth. "Can you hear us calling~~~ Oh let us gives our lives and heart to you~ oh to you~Heal us~ teach us... as we give our hearts and souls..." Confidence was in her voice as she let it ring from the tops of her lungs.. and she smiled.. and was joyous.. Then she rose.. her nose filled with the sea's smell.. she loved it.. The sand between her paws. No wonder Tsu loved it so.. But of course Roho didn't seem to like the water. For some reason..
"Will you be catching some fish!~?" She called out to Tsu. Happily wanting to enjoy herself some fish. See, the trio hardly ever ate meat.. but Roho never could stir away from it. Being raised.. Well she didn't quite particularly want to ask her that but it seemed like she always at least tried to hunt something that would make the journey less hard. Meat- blood. That filled unlike fish did at times. Tsukurou was against that for the most part but knew Roho's intentions were noble ones. But it wasn't til she asked that she was greeted with an answer from someone she didn't expect to hear back so soon.
"He won't be! I have caught fish for us." She bellowed. But her voice echoed from that of a far away distance.. She was behind this new male that she had seemed to have found when she was catching fish and making her way back. Thankfully she caught many of fish..
Israfel turned to meet Roho's voice only too see her way behind a ...new male? She tilted her head. Examining him and wanting to know who he was and if he was a threat. She wasn't one to fight and never really been trained on it. Tsukurou usually protected them if there was a need.. But the three were all usually pretty mellow. But she didn't know really what to do.. "We don't bite." She spoke softly.. but then looked out to tsu for a moment before looking back at the male. Then softly smiled at him.. Showing she was friendly.
"Stranger. What have you come for?" Roho called out a few feet away from the male. A good distance.. "Are you friend or foe." Stating this and demanding an answer.
Tsukurou still laughing and playing in the waves til he was washed up upon the shore.. Rolling in and sprawling himself out on the beach line. Sighing happily- until he was met with a scent that was nothing like that of his ladies.. Rolling over and getting. "Izzy~" He called.. but then found where she was starring off to.. "Brother!" He called out to him humbly- with a different tone from how Roho was speaking. Humble and family like. From the scent- he knew this male must have traveled on the shorelines for a while. He didn't contain the scent of that of a lander- more of a beach junky like himself. He smelt ones like him before but everyone was different but he knew... that it was a fellow beachlover at least and thats what made him a brother~
"Brother?" Roho retorted her head and lifted herself up on her hind legs.. then fell on all fours again looking quite confused.. "What is that fluff ball sprouting out now." Shaking her head. She didn't know her father to have ANY brothers. Not from what mother told her.

The singing had faded as the lioness seemed more inclined to carry on a conversation with someone who appeared to be rather content in swimming and surfing the rather lulling waves. Kai couldn't help but feel a bit envious of them both, if they were siblings, traveling partners or so forth but being able to be together to relax on the beach, sing, and let the waves pass by was his favorite past time to share with his sister but without her it seemed almost as if he was betraying her by enjoying it alone. He could still her light voice carry out over the waves as he would lounge in the sand though she couldn't carry a tune as lovely as the white lioness she did happily sing to her heart content, Kai on the other hand would sing and sound more so like a broken bird but he didn't mind neither did she.
Feeling that he should take his leave and continue to look a voice erupted behind him, he quickly turned to see a black and white lioness approaching and what appeared to be the group's dinner. s**t, was all he could think of at the moment, here he was trying to avoid in causing a situation with the white lioness but now he had gone and got himself caught in between two lioness and no explanation to why he was there. Looking back at the singing lioness she, he gave her a rather meek smile as her comment about not biting, he wasn't afraid of causing to much a trouble with her as he was with the lion that was still in the waves and the lioness who demanded who he was.
"I think I would rather be a friend than foe…." he responded in a rather meek like voice that typically unusual for him however he hated to cause scenes and preferred chilling than starting an all out war for no reason. His blue eyes caught movement from the beach as the lion greeted him with the name brother and in returned gave him a nod and grin.
"I'm sorry to intrude I didn't mean to stay I just heard a lovely voice singing…. and well it reminded me of my sister and…." he replied looking at the white lioness and then to the one who had demanded who he was, "you haven't seen her have you? She looks like me… black with markings and purple eyes? She goes by the name Malie…." Kai could feel his voice warp in an odd way at the mention of her name.

Brother Tsu- didn't know of any female that looked like the male. He shook his mane out and gave a hefty yawn. Then again, did he shake off his body before coming up to where the girls were at with this male. "Friend then- we welcome you." Bowing his head in to a nod. Then lifted himself high, as a pride leader would but he was no leader. He was just merely really big. A grin plastered on his face til he mentioned his sister and her happenings. But he shook his head. "I have not come across one like you, brother but if I will- I would see to it that she is the foremost on our minds when we begin traveling again." To him, it was an every day thing- traveling. Just this time he wanted to stay for a few days rather than a few hours. It WAS the ocean after all. You can take a beach away from the beach bum but you cant take the heart of the beach from the beach bum!
He looked to his girls. Each one to find if they did in fact see the girl he spoke but but neither really said a thing.
The whiter female shook her head. "I'm sorry you lost your sister.. but i have not seen her around. I'm... sorry." As though feeling guilty over it. Looming her head down slightly. "I haven't seen her but like Tsukurou says. We'll keep an eye out for her." trying to sound slightly chipper and taking a step or two forward but with caution still.
Roho wasn't the type to warm up as easily as the other two. She sat behind him and wasn't swayed to smile. Nope. She sat there looking at him. "Well. 'Brother'." Saying this in the most 'i dont trust you' voice she could muster up. "Who are you- and why-"
Tsu stopped her there and gave her a look. "Why don't you join us~" As if inviting him closer, but he didn't turn around just yet. Like Roho, he stopped to hear his name. "Brother~ what did you say your name was?" He looked almost confused, as though he heard it but didn't catch it nor remember it. Trying to be as humble and kind, but Roho was behind the stranger rolling her eyes at Tsu's antics and kind words.
