Lololo, story time. This is the plot of the Mafia. p:
A crowd formed at the entrance of Pokemon Tower, in Lavender City. Whispers and faint sobs could be heard. The gathering of Trainers watched as a small figure sat crying next to a larger shape. A woman with pink hair knelt down next to the larger body, lying in a small puddle of blood.
She could hear snippets of discussion within the crowd.
"Who did it?"
"Is it dead?"
"I saw people, dressed in black-"
"Team Rocket."
"I bet Team Rocket-"
"Team Rocket."
Two words, and the name sent a shiver down Nurse Joy's spine. She knew that they were dangerous, that the man behind the organization would essentially stop at nothing, but she never believed that they would go this low, for nothing but time with an old man.
Sighing, she stood up.
"People, please. The time has come to allow Mr. Fuji to take care of the body... of the Marowak."
"What do you mean body?" A voice in the crowd shouted.
"I mean, that, our usual means of revival are not working. This Pokemon hasn't fainted. It's dead."
Gasps in the crowd. It wasn't common that a Pokemon was murdered in a regular battle. Pokemon died from accidents, from old age or disease. Not by a human.
"What about the Cubone?"
"What about Team Rocket?"
"Who's going to deal with the people who did this?"
Nurse Joy cleared her throat, and held up her hand. The questions stopped, and all eyes were on her.
"It will be kept at the PokeCenter for the time being. Nurse Joy and her Pokemon have closed off all exits for the time being, and the Champion will be arriving shortly. The problem will be dealt with soon enough. The store owners haven't seen anyone leave, so it's to be assumed that the people responsible for this are still in Town.
"Accommodations will be made, and we're sorry for any trouble this may cause, but due to the seriousness of the crime, all individuals who are not citizens of the town must be interrogated. Anyone believed to be suspected of the crime, or in connection, will be dealt with by Officer Jenny."
With that, the small crowd dispersed, and Nurse Joy, now with the silent Cubone in her arms, returned to the PokeCenter.
The sun began to set, the sky turning a dark blue, stars visible in the East. A wind began to pick up, and the chimes of various charms around the city sang with the wind's rhythm. Next to the body of the deceased Marowak stood an old man, and a younger man.
"So young. I've known this Marowak for her entire life." Mr. Fuji sighed. "Well, we can't leave her out here any longer. Carlos, please begin with the burial proceedings."
"Yes Mr. Fuji." The young man responded, picking up the Marowak, and he began to head towards the back of the Pokemon Tower.

So, here, I'll just put in what happened in the most basic of terms.
Not really, but compared to how I'll be writing out the end of days, lolya.
Events
August 27 2010 - 10000 dicks descended on the town. Everyone died, but then they got better.

Can be convinced (Town) or forced (Mafia) to leave with his clones to live on a secret island and not bother anyone again. As a wild (And powerful) Pokemon, he's immune to being confiscated by Jenny.
