The wind howled lightly as the demon came to the door of Zaner's house. He looked like an odd merchance of some sort of demonic plague and it was with reluctance that the woman took the feather from him. Before she could find out more it was no longer there and so she examined it. Sora-dono? Wasn't that a Hououza researcher? So Sora must've entrusted her with yet another child for her care... perfect timing... she was dying and had yet another child to look after. This was not going to go over well...

The violet kitsu had, by now, accepted her fate and had let the feather be carried by the wind. She played with the carrying breeze between her fingertips, pushing and pulling the feather back and forth to her kneeling form. Finally she decided to keep it and brought it to her, tucked it behind her ear and retreated inside. What a world this was...

Perhaps it was no longer necessary but the wind continued writing the journal of Yuli, the snow Phoenix. Fate of the world had taken the kitsu's life and now the life of the snow child lay in the tiny hands of the new guardian as well as the pale faces and hearts of the other children. Fair? No it wasn't. Was anything ever? The breeze called over the catastrophe and everything seemed peaceful in the silent house, muffled cries in the corridors and no one wanting to touch the snow child's feather... truly this was a sad day... perhaps ... depressing... perhaps... lonely... but still .... it was important. The kitsu was no longer guardian, now the guardian was a white tiger who... after much debate had given the child to a fairy cat by the name of Akrona... Akrona was apparently... Zan's best friend... how cruel fate was... and how cruel was the wind? Crueler then death? Maybe.

However, as the days passed, it was evident that Akrona could care less for the feather and only wanted to show it off. It was with sad reluctance Lola retrieved the feather and entrusted it to her son Takuto... the only family in this house really hers. The wind bangs against the windows, against the heart of this feather and it resonates. Today is the night of the full moon.

Another full moon. The days pass slowly with the frightened child called Yuli. Her heart beats as one with the wind and as the winter monthes fade she grows even more quiet and resolved to stay in her own mind. She does not seem to care much for anyone... anyone but Takuto. Takuto is sweet with her, gentle and calm. He treats her like his sister. Perhaps this is how things are meant to be for my little girl?

Goodness me! She's such a scaredy cat! She cries a lot and is afraid of Tristan and Eliphy... what am I to do with her? The poor dear is so frightened... and now she's grown again... into a Teen! What will happen with her? I'm afraid she might not handle this well....
