Near the begging of the robot war Midori forged a alliance with Chaos. Becoming intoxicated she sealed the deal the old fashioned way... in bed and as a result became pregnant.
After arriving in the nameless village Midori secluded herself for a time before secretly giving birth to a baby girl 7 months later. (Being part plant she gestated faster then normal)
The child of two super ninja, Roses very genetics makes her a potential weapon of mass destruction should she ever realize her full potential. Because of this only a select few know of her secret.
Using what was left of May body after her destruction at Destruction at Grand General Synth's hands Midori constructed a shell that Rose wears and operates like a puppet in order to protect herself and conceal her true identity when out in public

Due to her parentage, Rose's bloodline has mutated and evolved. She is a Crimson eyed Skyrider like her mother. However as a result of her fathers dna her blood is now naturally poisonous and can be used to grow demon vines which she can intuitively control.
Thought she is mostly flesh and blood, because of her father Rose is also part plant and can draw substantive from photosynthesis and minerals in the ground like the flower from which she takes her name.
While Rose is highly intelligent for her age and a protege (taking after both of her parents) She is unable to yet use most jutsu besides her Demon vines which she mainly uses to operate her shell either internally or remotely.
While not entirely helpless with out her shell, physically speaking she's not much stronger then the average child her age, and if separated from it fairly weak on her own.
She isn't so much dangerous as she is now but more as what she represents. She has the potential to become stronger than both Chaos and Midori. The Mastery of both Demon Vines and Skyrider. A ninja who has the power to become a god. Such a child would drive many villages to kill her or kidnap her if they knew she existed.
Rose's primarily wields a very high caliber Yair. It's origin remains shrouded at this time but regardless of wither it was a gift from her fathers collection or forged by her mother it is a formidable weapon.
