Name: Unstabul
Nicknames: Bul for buddies, since its probably less of a mouthful anyways. Theres all sorts of nicknames that people can make about him later though.
Gender: Male
Age: 15 and a half

Faction/Race Monster

Personality: Like many a monster, Unstabul is the opposite of docile. Short tempered and arrogant, he believes he is a top notch candidate for any sports team- and is confident enough to assume he will keep his grades at the bare minimum for eligibility. If not, he would find a way to force the answers for the next test out of the nearest vulnerable creature. Unstabul is quick to develop a sheep mentality with those he deems as talented and strong as he, making him a good follower as well as a leader. When a day of working out is done, Unstabul likes to unwind with a little bit of Snotty Hack with the neighborhood monsters. [Like a mix between football and hacky sack, Snotty Hack is played with at least two people on a team and involves hurling and kicking around a large ball of collected monster snot and slime. ] On the weekends he scopes out the best monster bashes to attend and get crazy, flirt with the ladies, and maybe get into a little tussel or two.
On Unstabul's neck rests a grotesque lump that he is especially embarrassed with. The bulbous, acne-like lump spreads slightly when he is in FEAR mode and helps to produce the bloody substance that he sweats out. He attempts to cover this with various bandannas and collars but is sometimes unsuccessful.
Though he can be looked at as a bully, Unstabul has a surprising tolerance for most creature races since they all have respectful strengths.

Things he likes- Snotty Hack, football, wrestling, fighting, wife beaters, grunge music, playing cards, hot monster models, MEAT, weight lifting, sweat, dirt,

Things he loathes- Purples and greens (except his snot ball), crotchety teachers, wimpy monsters, businessmen, the water

Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? For Unstabul, Amityville Academy means a vacation from his homelife. His parents are not very well known monsters and prefer to take part in boring accounting work. When it came to playing with other little monsters, he had to prove he wasn't like his wimpy parents- so he developed a budding knack for scaring and harassing. So great a knack, that he managed to scare his own parents into looking at the Academy. Unstabul wants to learn how to make his FEAR skills top notch, enough to send him off to a higher ocupation in pro-scaring. If that plan doesn't work out, seeing as he has a bit of an attitude problem, he would like to see himself playing on a professional sports team for Halloween town. He aspires to bring "Snotty Hack," his invented game similar to hacky sack to the school and maybe start a team even. (While he may be in denial, a diary found of his reveals he wishes to take a girlish ghoul to the monster ball for his first dance ever.)

FEAR:
When using his FEAR ability, Unstabul secretes a blood red sweat (producing more red, gem-like lumps) that has a similar consistency to his snotty hack and using the snotty hack, he is able to toss about the ball in a gorish stupor. This substance highly resembles blood and makes it hard for his target to maneuver.
+As Bul grows and learns as a student he would be able to add chemicals to this secretion to give it different effects

Natural Ability:
Bul's tendrils and teeth grow, skin darkens, and tail lengthens slightly to reveal a more beast-like form for sparring, but still distinctly resembles his normal, relaxed form. Cannot become a full creature.

Physical Description:
Unstabul is an incredibly tall individual who appears to be a mix of several critters- his tail and spikey tendrils are his most distinctive features. Being a half beast he has a smaller build on his tall frame but makes up for this shortcoming by working out daily. He is therefore toned but still falls in a mild weight category. Unstabul's little tendrils quiver when he is either angry or hyped up on adrenalin. These tendrils are relatively sharp but contain no actual venom.

Eye Colour: Red
Hair Colour/Style: Just a short and messy cut with a little bit limping over his face (could almost be a baby pompadour)
Skin Colour: A faded tan that gradients into a darker black at the ends of his hands and feet. Sports reddish stripes spontaneously on his body and has small red freckles in various places. Has a gray underbelly! (See extra references, not that its really that important)
Clothing Style/Colours: Always wears gray or black, and occasionally bloody reds but never greens or purples.
Extra: Has a sensitive lump on his throat he tries to conceal with ragged bandannas and neck collars- is a very bright and obvious red, almost like a giant pimple. He also has small spines and tendrils that stick up out of the extremities in his body like around his cheek and brow bones, shoulders, elbows, knees, etc.

I'm really feelin' this character, yo.

FIRST OFF I WANT TO SAY i am really disgusted by the hacky snot, rofl, I was even thinking "wtf is that green slime in the ref?", but I am actually strangely intrigued. It's a very monsterly sport, I think, and it'd be totes cool to see like SNOT COMPETITIONS.

I also like that he has a like groin-like sensitivity in his neck. Although, I wonder, what would hurt more for Unstabul-- being kicked in the nuts, or punched in the lump on his neck? (not that this is relevant, but I was just wondering)

as for FEAR, I've seen people list "natural abilities" and then their power enhanced by FEAR. idk if it'd be too OP to have maybe a psyche-up latent power, and then a FEAR?

anyways, idk if this is the direction you'd want to take unstabul in, but maybe his FEAR could lie in like... extreme snottage? i know i would be scared if a monster was hacking giant ******** loogies on me. as it stands, though, you seem to want to take him in a physical direction, and idk if this booger-flinging idea would aid with that.

YEAH, anyways, idk if I helped or not, but to sum it up, I really like Unstabul! I think it's really cute that he's a big tough guy with a secret yearning for a ghoul-girl. ONE DAY, UNSTABUL <3

Snotty hack -shudders-...Well at least he is creative.

Personality: Great, I do recommend the scare thing to be drawn out some in his personality. Because it seems like it would fit more there.
I don't see the lump as nasty but hilarious I hope he keeps it hidden.. It would really suck for him to get punched there on accident and everyone finds out that way.

Fear: Hmm a little confusing at the end but I got the gist of it. Maybe the more he is into the fight the higher the spikes grow.. Like the greater the challenge the great the adrenaline rush is. The venom can be laced with his claws or bites causing a melting affect or paralyzing affect maybe.

I have a question in regards to the growth on his neck--

if it's so sensitive and is capable of causing such humiliation, why doesn't he just cover it up, to prevent it from being punched/slapped/grabbed/etc.? is it so sensitive that he can't even bring himself to cover it with something, or does he just choose not to?

Well he cant have a pretty power xDDD

@Peach- He does xD He tries to cover them with bandannas and collars and such. Not that they really protect it much.. hmm maybe it doesnt fully bring him down

@Trap- Yea, he does have problems with it being self hindering, but I think it would be benefitial for him to learn how to avoid falling and such, unless its okay that he doesnt slip in the first place xD

I do think lowering the weakness of the neck thing would be a good idea
