it doesn't hurt to not wear his bracelets anymore. i don't want to sit and listen to him play music. i don't call just to see how he's doing. i don't care if he thinks i've "changed." i'm keeping all the things on my walls and his presents, but only as art and memories of what life used to be like. i don't go out to lunch with his mom or obsess over sarah and jean. i don't call him "not so little one" and make mixes about him.
i've been with dee for 13 months. this should have happened long ago. but now, i'm 100% sure that i don't love gary. and i will not go back to him if he wants to or if something happens to dee and i.
i feel so free.
