Setsunka wandered into to expanse of trees before the school. She had been wandering around for some time until she had found it. She had been searching for someone but had given up so she could start or the castle. Her annoyance had boiled when every human she had passed stared at her. Setsunka's appearance to them was more than average which came as a useul hunting tool when she needed it. I humans don't gain some sense their race will be whiped out in this realm. Once she was far enough in she picked a nicely sized tree and jump onto a branch. She wasn't tired but she closed her eyes anyway. She allowed her aura to expand and felt smaller creatures move farther away once it touched them. Cowardly creatures, the humans are the same way but they are in an upright form so they're useless anyway.

Hana had been wondering around for quite some time now, trying to find the gardens. She felt more lost with every step she took, Haven't I passed that tree already? I could have sworn that I have. But... then again... maybe not.... she looked around a few times when she felt a incredible aura right behind her. She looked up and saw a beautiful demon. She had urge to bow, and gave in. "Uh... hello, I'm Hana." The presence was almost overbearing. "Uh... sorry to disturb you." she turned around just as the shadows of tears formed on her eyelids. I knew that I shouldn't have come. I am a wuss, I will never learn... she began to walk away...

Setsunka had sat up as the aura o another touched her. She looked down as she greeted her. So pathetic, she can't even speak to people without tears coming to her eyes. She was going to just let her leave when she started away but from the way her aura was wavering she could tell that she was lost."Do you need something or do you always greet someone then leave?" She held back her instinct to growl since she knew it would frighten her. Setsunka didn't really care if she left but she knew that i she was around here she was obviously going to the school so she'd see her again eventually.

For Chaos to exist. . .

User Image
The forest. Truely a beautifull sight both to the artist and to the scientist. A balanced ecosystem formed by more than hundreds of diferent specimens. And in this world, magical forests tend to have some unnatural creatures aswell. Truely, it was a good morning. The woodland creatures carried on with their daily routines, and Dimitri rested under a tree. It was a perfect scenario. Too bad it was not reality and only Dimitri's imagination as the half-demon tried not to let his current predicament ruin his day.
The Forest Troll, ten foot tall and roughly three hundred pounds of muscle. And half a pound of grey matter. It's huge hand was gripping on Dimitri who was trying to keep himself calm. He raised his head to look at the troll and spoke " We will only tell you this one more time. Let us go. We don't really taste all that good, you'll get a stomach ache for the next week. Besides- " he was then rudely interrupted by the troll's loud roar. If he had any hair in his nostrils, they burned from the foul stench that came from the troll's mouth, and if that wasnt enough he was covered in saliva.
This was very bad for two reasons. One, it was gross as hell. Even a half-demon like Dimitri couldn't hold back a shiver of disgust. And he had traveled through the lands of chaos. Second, Saliva contains water. Water is a very good electric conductor. The moment he got covered in it, he started releasing a high electric charge as the energy stored inside of him had found a better conductor. The troll's hand was shocked and he was forced to let go of the Half-Demon who then began making a run for it. Some electricity could be seen passing onto the ground with each time he made any contact with it, while the rest stayed in his body untill it made contact with anything physical.
After running around randomly for a while trying to escape the troll, Dimitri sat under a tree trying to catch his breath. The troll's saliva had mostly dried off. He wasn't as wet as he was before so he could control the energy stored inside of him. But it was still quite gross. Dimitri released a high powered charge all over his body, disintegrating dirt and bacteria aswell as making the saliva evaporate from the high powered shock. He was now the most clean man in the world.
He started walking randomly through the forest once more. When he ran away from the troll, he didn't really keep track of where he was going. He was lost. He needed to find a landmark of sorts so he discovered where he was, and from there return to the school or keep exploring the wild. Eventually though he came across two other people. Now there's something the collective did not expect. He walked a bit closer and leaned on a nearby tree, waving at both girls. He hadn't had any social contact in a while. So this was a good chance to talk to some people. " Hi there. We are Dimitri. " he stated out of the blue. Just introducing himself would do for now. He could see they were talking to eachother. So by just stepping in, he might've been somewhat rude.

Setsunka could hold herself back anymore after another stranger approached. She growled to herself, trying to keep herself looking as calm as she could. Why can't they just leave me alone!? She jumped down from her perch and lowered her hand close to her sheath. She'd hold herself back as long as the situation would let her but it only served as a warning as far as Setsunka was concerned. "If niether mind, I would like to be left alone." She walked off, finding a tree closer to the rim so she'd be alone for as long as students weren't coming. Sienta came into her head, pestering her about not fighting them. They were both only halflings, it wouldn't really be a fair fight even if both attacked at once. Setsunka never thought of herself as cocky but she usually overestimates her opponents so she's be ready for anything less. In this case she didn't consider either a threat even at double the energy levels she asessed.

Hana looked in between both. Oh no, I hope I didn't make her too angry... Hana looked over at Dimitri, hoping he didn't hate her too, "Uh, sorry if this may be out of your way, but would you know where the school may be? I am really lost." She looked up at him and gave a half smile. I hope he isn't angry with me, that would make two people mad at me...

Dimitri looked at Setsunka as she asked to be left alone. He tilted his head for a moment as the collective thought about her reaction. Why did she react like so. Regardlessly it wasn't really any of his business. If she wanted to be left alone he would not bother her. Instead, he turned to the other girl who seemed to be in the very same situation he was. " We actually came here to ask one of you for directions. Apparently the only one of you that is actually sociable. . . " he motioned to Hana " . . . doesn't know the way either. " he held his chin for a moment as he thought of a way out of his current situation.
He knew this forest, all he had to do was find a landmark and he'd know where they were. And from there he could lead them back to the school. He started walking south and motioned to Hana to follow him. " We know these forests. But not that long ago we got into some trouble and we lost our way. However, all we need to do is find a landmark. From there we can lead you out. " he stated with a smile. He walked looking around for anything he could recognize. A formation of rocks, a tree that stood out from everything else, even animal nests or certain clearings could let him know where they were. His mind was formed by many individuals, and not just by one. He was a collective and his mind could store an almost infinite number of information that he could look back into at any time. while he examined his surroundings he looked back at her " So. What can we call you by? We're sure you have a name. " he asked.

Hana followed Dimitri as he looked around. He seemed very skilled at this, he looked at everything and didn't miss anything. "We know these forests. But not that long ago we got into some trouble and we lost our way. However, all we need to do is find a landmark. From there we can lead you out." His comment suprised her, He knows these lands? Then is he here to be a student? Or a teacher? her head was spinning. "So. What can we call you by? We're sure you have a name." "Uh, I'm Hana. I was told that here I could get better and refine my skills. But, in my case it is more like gain some skills. Being raised by humans was not helpful in demonic training. Haha, my Dad was afraid of swords, I wasn't exactly raised on action." Hana looked up at Dimitri, "You are Dimitri right? What about you? Why are you here?" She smiled ane watched his reaction. I hope I don't touch a nerve....

Kenti Horento

Kenti stopped to allowed Raina to jump on his shoulder. He hadn't traveled very long but the fact of not eating since the morning before was getting to him. "Go find us something to eat." Kenti almost whispered. He knew the creatures of this forest and a majority of them were carnivorous and/or excreted poison. Very few were actually herbivores. "Anything speciafic, a vole, a sterling?" Kenti laughed, she always wanted details evn when it was a simple, straightforward task. He and Raina could speak telepathically to eachother which was useful when the wanted a private converstaion when others were around. Just get whatever you can catch...and that doesn't mean push yourself just so I can have a substancial meal.
Raina nodded and bounded off, eager to get Kenti something to eat. During her search two mice and a snake had evaded her quite by chance. The wind had decided to change direction so her scent reached them before she did. "I can't even catch a mouse today...I really need some practice if I want Kenti to survive out here." Raina came across two half-demons but she remained in the shadows, uncertain that they were friendly. "I wonder if humanoids are edible..." She passed the thought off as a no and afterwords brought back a Partridge for Kenti. They ate contently but Raina avoided confronting him about the two humanoids she had spotted.

The collective studied every branch, every rock, every leaf that had fell from the trees around it. Eventually they found "a" landmark. On the floor in the clearing in front of them was a big puddle of saliva. From the smell, Dimitri could tell it was from the troll. This is where he had fought him earlier. Reaching back in the collective's memory, Dimitri could see the path he had taken till he got there and now he knew exactly where they were. For a moment he snickered " Who would've thought. The landmark for today is troll spit. " he then let out a small chuckle as he tried to contain his laughter.
Dimitri started backtracking his steps towards the school now that he knew the path back, and he looked back at Hana as she spoke to him. However, she asked him a question that the collective had never thought of. Why were they there? Why had they left the demonic realm in the first place and why did they decide to go to school afterwards? For a moment the collective was in silence as not one of the many minds that are Dimitri were able to answer that. After a brief moment of silence though, he realized himself why he had left. " Boredom mostly. " he scratched the back of his head " We hail from the fiery Abyss, the lands of chaos. Now ask yourself this, after ages of seeing only chaos, wouldn't you get sick of it? Well, we did. So we decided to cross over to the human world two hundred and fifteen years ago. Eventually though we got bored of the humans themselves. This school teaches supernatural beings so we decided to study here. Hells, we might find out a way to get back home. We miss the Grey Wastes. " he said as he tried to get past the trees, shruberries and the ever so annoying roots that almost made him trip with every step he took " You are also the first person we got to meet. So what are you? Human with special abilities? Half Breed? A kobold with a knack for shapeshifting? The possibilities are endless! " Dimitri said with a bright smile. The thought of meeting another supernatural being after two centuries actually got the collective flared up, something that could be seen in his behaviour. This was not how he normally acted.

Dimitri looked excited, Hana was sad to disappoint him. " I wish I was that interesting! My mother is a war leader and my father... well... he is a regular human, living his life out in peace. I grew up with my father and was just a regular human. I freaked when I learned what I was, I ran away, and somehow wound up here. I am weakling, heh if anyone dies here I will be the first to go." She took a deep breath, "Your life sounds amazing. I wish I could meet my mom, It would be cool if I could then maybe... Nah anyway, how long to the castle?"

Dimitri frowned slightly as he learned she knew almost no skills. But, he guessed that would be the case for most people who enrolled in that school. After all they were there to learn how to use their abilities. He himself however knew already how to use his electric abilities but he hadn't yet mastered them. He only learned about them when he left the demonic realm, and when he reached the human world he didn't have many chances to use them.
Regardlessly, by what he could understand, his second guess was correct. This girl was a half-breed. He knew one of her halves was human but he wasn't sure of what her second half was. He just felt like he should say it out loud and share a bit of what he was in exchange for what little information she had given him. " We are a collective of human souls in a body made of chaos. Not quite human but not quite demonic. " he then looked around just to make sure he wouldn't get both of them lost again. But that wasn't the only reason he had done this, she asked how long it would take to get to the castle and he thought it would be better for her to see for herself.
Dimitri lead her through a bit of tall grass and exited on a small dirt road. It was one of the many roads inside the island made for students not to lose themselves while exploring. One way lead to the beach, while the other joined up with the main stone path further ahead that lead into a tall castle. He smiled slightly rather than giving her a proper responce.
Walking through the dirt road back into the main path, Dimitri headed towards the school itself. " Well that was a lot of fun. But we believe we need some rest. Somewhere along being eaten by a troll and getting lost in the forest took out all the energy out of us. " he stated as he streched slighty. He would walk back to the school and go to the den. He needed to feed, and his eating habits were a bit different than that of normal students.

Hana looked at Dimitri, "Okay. See you later, sorry I am so boring. Bye." She watched Dimitri walk into the school.
Hana walked slowly to the school, looking over every detail. She smelt the air,
Demons, my kind, they are here... She looked up and shook her head, What am I saying! No... I am human too, not all demon.... I can't linger. Hana walked in and moved to her room.

Kenti Horento

User Image
Kenti stretched and he and Raina set off again. They had minor difficulty navigating since they were used to traveling through endless kilometres of forest. He could sense a demon and two halfling off a bit. The male halfling was just ahead of him. He saw Raina's fur starts bristling and startled her when he let out a small chuckle. No need to become so edgy, he seems alright. If you're really that wary of him go first. He could just hear her thoughts about seeing him and the other half-demon then wondering about if they were edible when she answered. This time he kept his laughter to himself and followed Raina as she strode towards him. For all the good this might be, we should have left...

Raina growled to herself for being so obedient to Kenti. She didn't mind following orders but she wasn't too fond of half-demons that weren't her Kenti."Why do I always have to associate with the halflings first?" She stop a ways away from the half-demon, keeping her eyes trained on him. She mewed to get his attention as any cat would but regreted it as soon as she had. Any human, or half human for that matter, usually would pick her up and start petting her. Of course Raina was no Kitsune but she hated it as much as they did. She pawed the ground, wishing she were bigger but knew that not even the Celestials could probably change that. "You have to remember that this is for Kenti, that anything you do, you do for Kenti... She had her claws ready if she needed to escape but kenti would probably scold her if she hurt the stranger and she hated making him angry at her. "Well I don't care either way, if he picks me up I'm scatching his eyes out."
