Enjoy some time in the water or just relax on the silky sand of the beach.

Kohaku Everrild Leighton Haiver The duo had been on the beach for quite a while. While not the types to go surfing or sunbathing, they did like to come to this place to relax. The ocean was calming. It was quite nice to sit on the sand and play blackjack, using the shells and pebbles to gamble. They had been there for about half an hour. Kohaku had stood on the shore, her hands delved deep into her pockets while she kicked at the waved with little interest. Leighton meanwhile, would stand a few metres away to throw pebbles at the water, or skim stones. His biggest feat today was eight skims. His record was twelve, and even to that day he had never been able to beat it. Haku had sniffed, pulling her foot back from the water to shake it off. The male had looked up at his friend with mild interest, his heavy-lidded eyes giving her a look up and down. Her feet were wet. That would make a mess back at their room. It seemed that Kohaku had caught onto this. "What're you staring at?" The man had offered a lazy smile. "Just looking at the mess you made, was all." The white-haired woman had adjusted her grey tie. "Coming from you, who has probably stoned a few fish to death by now." " Oh, lighten up. At least that means more for the fishermen, no?" The man had chuckled with amusement. The woman had looked somewhat threatening at first, but this had softened into a grin. The two sighed. Leighton had scratched his head and checked his watch. "So, Girlie, what do you want for dinner? I'm not cooking anything complicated tonight." It had taken a moment of thought before Kohaku was ready to answer. "Oi... Hm. Pizza will do." The brown-haired male had shrugged. Pizza would be fine. "Hm. Fine. Pizza, it is. I'll order a takeaway. Which type?" "Uh... What about BBQ Chicken? None of that Four Cheese crap, please." "Alright, then. BBQ Chicken, it is. However, Four Cheeses are just as good. Don't be so picky." "Says you. You, the one who has to taste every bottle of whiskey before we buy, to check that it's 'properly aged'. Dude, what's up with that?" "I want a good bottle if I'm spending that much on it. And besides, Kohaku, you are the one who gave me a hickey when we drank the whiskey." The man and the woman had both gone bright red.Yes, getting drunk was not such a good idea sometimes. It had taken a while of bickering over the topic, but the matter had been resolved. It would now be forgotten forever... well, until their next row at least.
