Length shouldn't be all that plays a part. It should be about the quality of the RP posts... Mine was only 1038 words and definitely worthy of being a kage. By the way, I'm the mizukage as appointed by Mistah...

Well... I'm gonna apply for Kage or jounin of the leaf, but the rp sample will be done from the point of view of a jounin, but whit Kage length.

Hi, This is my Auto rank sample for the spot of Konoha's Jounin.
it is 1076 words. I hope you enjoy :]
Everything had become black. It was as though Tai had gone blind, but he couldn't quite figure out how things became like this. The last thing he remembered was that he was fighting Shishio. "Wait a minute," He thought to himself. "That is right, I was in the midst of a fight, with some man that had come out of nowhere. He was so powerful that he knocked me unconscious with barely any effort."
Tai had no idea why this man had attacked him. It didn't make any sense, He was just a Genin from konohagakure, He hadn't even done any missions yet. Why was he on this guys hit list? What was worse though, was that tai had no idea what the man would do with him.
"So, are you going to just sit there and cry about it? Think fast little one, Time stands still for no one, and your situation requires much haste!"
Tai became startled as the voice from seemingly nowhere answered his thoughts. With a sharp burst of wind, candles all around him had lit up, to reveal that tai was standing in a dark, cavernous enclave. The walls were wet, and stalactites above him dripped water down to the floor, in a chorus of eerie repetition. Directly in front of himself, there stood a gate, with some form of Sealing talisman on it's door. Tai carefully approached the gate, feeling nervous all the while.
"W-who, are you?" He stuttered.
Tai had never seen this place before, and he had no idea how he even managed to get here.With a speedy drawl, the voice began to speak once again.
"It's all because of me...They want me, and I am inside of you child."
Tai fell backwards on the ground, and shuffled back a bit.
"What do you mean you're inside of me?!"
Tai rose up from the floor angrily, and pounded his clenched fist on the gate.
"Who the hell are you, Explain yourself right now!!"
There was a long silence, before the voice began to talk once more.
"I am the Rokubi. The six tailed demon."
at that very moment, the candle-light became several times brighter, and what tai could now see sitting behind the gate, would have scared him enough to run far, far away, If his legs weren't frozen to the floor.
"B-but...h-how?" Tai stammered.
The slug slowly slithered to the front gate, and rested his head upon it.
"I was sealed inside of you, when you were just a baby. Of coarse they would never tell you of my existence, why should they? you'd be even more of a liability if you knew what you really are capable of."
Tai didn't want to believe what the beast was saying, as a child you were told stories of the rampages caused by the tailed beasts,you are supposed to hate them, to loathe them with every fiber of your being. What seemed to be the truth now, was that tai had been one of them all along. Who knew of this? Did everyone know? Were they simply lying to him behind his back? Where they all secretly hating him?
Tai felt a rage, the likes of which he had never seen before, his blood boiled, and he clenched his fists until his nails cut into his palm.The Rokubi added softly,
"Look child, we do not have much time, I am no threat to you, I am only here to help you. I have seen your life play out, and it saddens me so very much."
Tai looked up to the slug, as if he was looking into the face of a brother. In the midst of all of this anger, The rokubi, A demon he was taught to despise, showed care for him. He unclenched his fists, as his head drooped down.
"What should I do?"
The Rokubi answered simply.
"Remove the seal on me. Right now, that man who attacked you earlier is taking you back to his headquarters to extract me. A procedure that will kill you, Hurry child!"
Tai hesitated for a moment, trying to push the consequences of what he was about to do, to the back of his mind.With a swift motion, he ripped the entirety of the seal of of the gate.
"Good child. Very good."
With a brilliant flash of yellow light, Taiki's now purple eyes Shot open. The man carrying him over his shoulder stopped to look at what was happening right before his eyes.
"Oh Fuc-"
Tai spun around, or perhaps it was better to say that the Rokubi spun. With one hand, He lifted himself up, and balanced, almost like a one hand handstand, And with immeasurable Speed the boy seemingly disappeared. with what seemed to be a simple gust of wind, Taiki was behind the man.
"Sorry, but this child isn't dying today."
As the man turned around, the boy was gone once again. He turned back around to see the boy standing on his other side.
"Too slow.", echoed the voice once more, as a spinning roundhouse connected with the back of his assailants neck. With that, the man immediately seized up, and crumpled on the ground. His neck was violently twisted by the force of the impact, and It didn't look like he was breathing. Such brutal force behind one single attack. It was phenomonal.
"Eheheh. This is just too much fun.",the demon muttered hastily.
With a flash of light, The boy was gone again, and within minutes he was in front of the gates to konoha. Almost instantly the ANBU, accompanied by several medical ninjas arrived on the scene. Tai stood before them, but it was the rokubi who spoke.
"Take care of him you hear? He's my shell, and if he goes, so does one of the ninja worlds trump cards."
With those words, the yellow in his hair, and the purple shine to his eyes both faded, and he passed out in the arms of one of the medical ninja. The Medics looked from one, to the other, faces fear stricken at what was under their noses this whole time. The hokage was to be informed immediately of what had happened.

I do not know what to apply for. You guy can decided which one I'm worth. And if it is real bad...well...yeah, deny it if it is that bad. And this is for Kirigakure.
'Today is the day is it not?' Lyethery asked himself as he stepped out of his home and into the open street. The buzzing sounds of life told him that once again the market is busy and that he should go the other route. He allowed a heavy sigh escaped his lips as that thought came into his mind. He hated taking the other route, especially when his friends aren't here. Lyethery wondered whether or not he should take the less busy route to get to the park on time, but with bruised, or take the more busy route and get to the park late, but with no bruises or wound.
He pondered on the question for sometime before finally come to a decision. He will take the other route and get to the park on time even if it meant he will get there with a bloody nose. Lyethery took in a deep breath and took off running as quickly as he can toward the west side of the market, where fewer people are gathering, and where crime is as normal as mouse appearing in a dirty house.
Lyethery dashed through the crowd without touching a single person. His body moved like a humming bird, fast and careful. Within ten seconds, he arrived at the other end of the street. He did not even brake a sweat, which was unusual since he usually start sweating after a quick sprint like that. 'I broke the record?' He asked himself and smiled when he went back to look at his mental clock. Lyethery broke out laughing when he was sure that he had run through the street within ten seconds. He has broken the street record of 13 seconds. His satisfaction ended when three large boy walked out of the shadow in front of him. 'Oh great.'
All three boys had a smile on their face that told Lyethery that they want trouble, or money, he can never tell. He quickly reached inside his pocket and grasped the few coins that he had with him and turned around, wanting quickly leave the area before they get to him. He was a little too late. The biggest of the three boys, Roy, grab his shoulder and shove him against the wall, causing the air that was inside his lungs to shoot out. Lyethery was scared, not for himself, but for those three boys. He was sure that if thing keep on going the way that is it going, the boys would be dead within minute. "Guy, let not do this." Lyethery plead, but the boys didn't listen and tried to punch him, tried.
Roy hand came within three centimeters of Lyethery's face before it was stopped by Lyethery's hand, or more accurately finger. His right index finger stopped the boy large and muscular hand as though it was a baby hand. He then slowly pushed the boy's hand back and grab the hand that was around his throat, crushing it. A yell of pain filled the air and is followed by a weak whimpering and an evil laugh. The laugh sounded as though it belong to not a boy, but a beast, an old and hateful beast. The laugh belonged to no one other than the young Lyethery who is now not Lyethery in the mind, but is in fact Sora.
'Why do you not fight?' Sora asked the master of the body as he kicked the whimpering Roy in the stomach, knocking him unconscious. 'You can destroy this whole village if you want to. We can do it, together. You and I can rule the world if we wanted to.' Sora let out another loud and hateful laugh as he tilted his head to look at the sky and sighed heavily. He wants to fly, Sora does. He belonged in the air, and not on the ground, especially not in this body. He wondered why he is here, in this body. He wondered why do the god torment him and took away his wings, his rightful wings. His question was never answered though as three men in black cloak appeared out of nowhere. They wore on their face a mask, hiding their identity and telling Sora that they belonged to the private army of the landlord, who is in fact a fan of ANBU and Hunter-nin. A smiled crept up on his face as he stared at them and slowly unsheathed his hidden dagger.
"Give me all you got." He said softly into the air and dashed at the nearest masked man. He threw his katana at him as a distraction and jumped up into the air, performing a jump kick at the man chest. His distraction worked for the man deflected his weapon, but was not ready for his kick, which didn't do that much damage because of his small body. Lyethery quickly kicked of the man and flew at the other man, who was running at him at that time. He guessed that they underestimated him because of his childish appearance. They were stupid to do that.
From his sleeve, Lyethery produced a small dagger and stabbed it at the man who caught him. The attack caught him by surprise and ended his life. As the man fell backward, Lyethery pulled the knife out of his chest and landed on the ground, next to the lifeless body. The other masked men wasn't surprised by what he just did, or they were, but their body did not act that way for they quickly ran at him with their Katana unsheathed and aimed to pierce his heart.
Lyethery waited until the last minute before spreading his leg and perform a split while leaning backward, dodging the two katanas that would pierced his heart if he did not. Lyethery did not stop there though for everything does have two purpose, and this dodge was no exception. Lyethery knew that by dodging the attack at the last moment, he didn't allow the men much time to prepare for any attack that would come at them, and attacks did come at them. From the sleeves of Lyethery shirt came shooting out two kunais. The kunais struck the two men in their foot, drawing blood, which gave Lyethery enough time to throw out two more kunais as the men tried to pulled the kunai on their feet out. The new kunais flew and struck the men chest after they finally pulled the other kunai out. Their life quickly ended and Sora went back to another long sleep.

@Tiny: Hmmm.... I will give you chuunin to help the academy students rank up. I'm saving the sanin for a friend of mine, and I'm not sure about the jounin yet. Right now we need a chuunin teacher the most for the beginning.

Nevermind, you can have jounin. I just noticed I can also promote a special jounin. So you can be the normal jounin if you wish. :]

Special jounin have a bit more chakra, and are more powerful all around. They are sort of like halfway between a sanin and a jounin, plus they usually serve some special purpose. [I think. I'm not all that aware with Naruto] xD
