The Laws of Kumogakure are rules that every Shinobi must follow. Those who disobey will be hunted down by The Raikage personally or will be added to the Village Bingo Book. The laws are as follows:
1.) All Cloud Shinobi are equal and must never kill one another. Those who kill a fellow Cloud Shinobi, will be tracked down and brutally decimated.
2.) Foreign Shinobi are considered honored guests. If a Cloud Shinobi attacks a foreign Shinobi without consent and/or warning, that Shinobi will be banished from the village. Action taken will be determined on the village and the importance of the Shinobi.
3.) Respect your Senpai. They are your superiors. If they take their time to train you, You will show them your respect.
4.) No Shinobi of Genin Rank and lower may not leave this village unless they are accompanied by a Shinobi of at least Chuunin Rank.
