 Hang oout on the streets of konoha, talk to people, shop for stuff, do what ever (heh, i just noticed, i have the same map of konoha hanging on my bulliten board at home XD)

neji walks around wearing shorts and a t-shirt with his clan symbol on it (his casual outfit when hes not on missions :3) hes still wearing his headband to hide the curse mark. He shoves his hands in his pockets and walks around looking at the shops around
