needs practice.. my advice is you should get some references or try drawing your own hands instead. but i'm sure you'll get it in no time if you follow my advice.. try it not just a few times but many times until you get it without references.. 3nodding

It's a little obvious from looking at the hands, that you are trying to free hand them, just drawing them straight out.
It helps to use a ruler and pencil lightly to sketch out bulk shapes and proportions, ie: start with the box and portion, round off, ect. . (And yes using a pic ref helps, Deviant Art keeps a good amount of stock photos available for such use) and then draw the outline dark/pen and erase the sketch lines.
And as my old band teacher used to say: "Practice makes permanent! (only perfect if practiced correctly)" So practice, practice, practice! But make sure you are doing it the way you like or it will stick in a way you don't.

The thing that i found helped me, take reference pictures of your hands and use them when drawing. It's a little time consuming, but the extra work will pay off! Good luck and go get 'em! ninja dramallama

The best way is to use your own hands as reference, like everyone said. Hands may seem difficult at first, but just draw and you'll get better! biggrin
