Sheabell:*Wanderin off to clean herself up in the river after a long day of traipsing about and enjoying herself, coated in light dust and looking a tad bit disheveled as she wades into the water, waiting until its up to her shoulders before sighing happily and relaxing, letting the coldness all soak in.
Peris: *has been standing at the other side of the river, drinking from it thoughtfully* *pauses as he sees the other figure make its way and perks, rather curious* *grins a little to himself, taking note that it was a pretty hind, and makes his own way into the river* Well hello, there.
Sheabell: *Humming as she dips her head to lap at the water quietly, lazy lavender eyes spying a familiar..fluffy..figure..* "Well hello there yourself, mnn is water really good for all that fur of yours?" *She chuckles, wondering vaguely just how long it would take him to dry out..*
Peris: *laughs lightheartedly and shrugs his shoulders, dipping his head into the water, getting his entire body wet in a 'see it's okay!' gesture* If it means I get ta' come talk to this pretty hind again, I s'pose it's worth it *winks and laughs again, shaking his body, water droplets flying everywhere, making him EVEN MORE poofy!* *grin* 'n see? I dry off easy |D
Shea: *Smirks happily, glad for some decent conversation* Oh is that so? Lucky one then arent you, being so chivalrous and drying so easily. I have the bad luck of being well insulated, takes me forever and a day to dry properly. *She giggles as the water goes flying, shaking her head* Even more poofy! Now I'll just, haveee to see that..I love a good poof.
Peris: *grin* Well ain't you the lucky one, then? Since Ah'm the poofiest one there is *laughs, waving his tail behind him for a moment before letting it fall back into the water.* Shea, was it? *nods his head* 's nice ta' see ya again~
Shea:*Purrs and arches an eyebrow* Oh is that soo, well then, were both quite lucky arent we! Maybe we should follow each other around, increase our luck ten-fold. *Shea snickered, honestly she'd follow him around even if he was unluky, what a tail he had, and bucketfull of charm to go with it.* Now isn't that nice, a male with enough sense to remember a name, I swear my fluffy friend your a true rarity..hee hee, and its more 'n nice to see you.."
Peris: Well yeah, now Ah think that's quite a good idea *grins, getting closer* Ah'd love to follow a hind like you around~ *tilts his head to the side, examining her* An' of course Ah'd remember the name of such a lovely hind. It would be a shame to forget. *blinks* Rariyy, eh? An' tell me, my dear Shea, what exactly d'ya think of such 'rare' harts? *gives a toothy grin*
Shea smirks at the sharky hart, unable to deny she's enjoying his quirky charms. "Darn straight it would be, rare harts are like rare gems my dear fluffy! Gotta polish em up and keep a close eye on em, present them properly..maybe hoard a few..not the kinds of things you want to go loosing you see?" Shea purred, tilting her head back and giving a shake of her hair, half lidded eyes avidly running over fluff, a bit of an..examination...though he was obviously up to snuff. "What do you think of being considered rare, eh my fluffy wonder?"
Peris gave a chuckle, his eyes falling upon her own half-lidded orbs. "Oh I m'self wouldn't mind bein' hoarded. 'specially by a hind like you." He smirked, his tail flicking back and forth behind him. Oh this one was fun, that was for sure. At her next words he paused, his head tilting to the side seemingly in thought, "Oh, if anythin' I take it as a compliment, my dear."
"You should be happy to know I'm quite a hoarder." Shea snickered, her eyes flicking to his swishing tail..such fur..she wouldn't mind spending a night curled up in that kind of warmth that was sure. "Oho, whats this? A man who can take a compliment without his ego over-inflating! Aren't you just full of surprises. So tell me something else my foxy friend..where is it you come from hmm? Got any hot brothers I should know about?" Shea teased, giving peris a wink.
He merely laughed, tilting his head to the side in thought. His ears flicked once as he spoke, the grin not fading. "Ah come from a herd far away from the three clans and Queen Maya's glen. 've been here... well. Not long." He blinked, thinking about it more. "As for brothers," He laughed, "Ain't got none. But 've got a good friend who's like a brother. not nearly 's handsome, 'course" A grin.
Was smitten the right word to use? Surely shea'd never been swept off her feet before, never charmed so smoothly, the hart could have been a snake and she'd have cooed and batter her eyelashes at him, just to hear a bit more noise fall from that sweet mouth he had on him, heck he could have been spouting gibberish and she'd still have listened on! "Far away you say?" She had to admit she was glad it was a bit more then gibberish, rather intrigued by the males origins. She'd always wanted to be like her father..travel and see far off places.."Heh, that sounds like quite a place to come from. I myself have been here my whole life, born and raised, yet to travel anywhere else..Though I swear I'll do it!" She nodded fiercely, a small frown on her face when he mentioned he had no siblings.. "I doubt he would be, ah well its not so bad. The world probably couldn't handle more n one of you anyways! You'd have to beat em off with a stick for sure!"
Oh my, this one was entertaining indeed. It had been a while since Peris had some fun. After leaving the wreckage of the herd, things had seemed so... dark and dull. This hind, to say the least, was a refreshing change. Perhaps it wouldn't be too hard to make a new home here. The hart was silent for a few moments, thinking over her words. He answered them with a smile and a shrug. "Ah'd suggest it. Staying in the same place fer all your life can be so…" He trailed off, eyes flicking upwards in thought before they fell upon the hind once more. "Boring." He finished the sentence with a charming laugh and a smile. "Ah'm rather glad Ah don't have any siblings. Ah quite honestly wouldn't want to deal with myself~"
