Hello everyone! I am here to officially announce the production of The Savage Project. The Savage Project is a horror/comedy film about a group of guys who go caving, but once in the cave, they all start to die mysterious deaths. It's a film directed by me, and if anybody is wondering, the above pic is of a cave entrance (photoshopped). I am hoping to release it online in chapters for people to download, so we are currently trying to find a site that will host them for free. If you know of such a site, pm me. We are pushing for a June 2006 release, and shooting begins in March. I hope you are all excited, use this thread to talk about the film. Here is the link to the official site: http://www.freewebs.com/thesavageproject

The Blair Witch project is shot from a first person perspective, which is very rare is mainstream films.
We considered doing what blair witch did since it would be much easier to light in that dark cave, but we figured that we should do it in third person to simplify the stroyline.
We are shooting in an actual cave, and it's pitch black inside. So we are currently trying to find alterate lighting solutions. 3nodding

*cowers* I hate horror films.... they scare me, alot.... I can't even stand the night on bald mountain thing in Fantasia. But I love comedy.... *unsure* How exactly do they die? Gory deaths, mysterious deaths, undead eating their flesh deaths, drying up like in the mummy deaths, odd deaths, a warning then a sudden death because they didn't follow instructions death? Different kinds of deaths get different kinds of reactions, esp. from me. *is scared* sad

the film has a sort of morbid sense of humor..... sweatdrop
remember, it's made by a bunch of guys w/ a twisted sense of humor.
we are really trying to make this an innovative and creative movie and not an eight legged freaks rehash. 3nodding
