A few notes from the Cat about why she decided to open this back up:
- We need the help while we tend to the Big Event. Thus, we need crew hands to help with pets in-between.
- A personal note to you all applying: A new rule has been established in the manage of things. Not here, but in the Staff thread. No one is to know about this untill WE, Lady and I, decide to reveal our choices.
- After you've been with us for over 6 weeks, you may do as we did.

Rules::
~&~&~&~1. DO NOT STEAL THE LINES! If caught you will be blacklisted from the shop!
~&~&~&~2. Do not claim the lineart as your own.
~&~&~&~3. The entry you submit MUST be your own.
~&~&~&~4. No use of Brushes from ANY site unless they are your own. Brushes take down the creative value. This will show us if you have what it takes.
~&~&~&~5. You must be using Photoshop or a similar program (you'll be working with layers).
~&~&~&~6. You must color the lineart.
~&~&~&~7. Edit only what you are normal to. It really doesn’t matter about the templating since there will be new templates for you to use when the time comes to close this thread.
~&~&~&~8. Please keep chatting in this thread to a minimum, it's for hiring purposes.
Colorists::
::It is OK to request to be a part-time artist. If you do you will have less responsibilities than what is listed. PM myself or Catti Saionji for further details on your job.
::It is also OK to request to be a Guest Colorist. You’d have even less than a Part timer. So, definitely PM us to know your job.
~&~&~&~- You will be responsible for doing pet colorings or any kind(but your freebies-see benefits) at least once a month. If you can edit it is a plus as I'd like at least one editor.
~&~&~&~- You must have an instant messenger or email that you can be contacted at.
~&~&~&~- You must remain active, try and drop by a few times a week or for at least half an hour a week.
~&~&~&~- Do not bite off more than you can chew, evolutions should be no more than a week late. You must also let owners know when and why you will be late.
~&~&~&~- You will be responsible for uploading uncerts and then posting for the owners to see.
~&~&~&~- Must be able to work with multilayered PSD files. A set will be either uploaded or emailed to you.
~&~&~&~- You must tell ladykayra when the pet is finished growing so that she may cert it, never delete pet info either. (Unless we get a PSD cert at which point you may cert)We have a PSD cert and another cert. PSD you can obviously do yourself but the other may or may not be an issue for you.
~&~&~&~- You mange your own custom and breeding threads as well as your own games.
~&~&~&~- You will be asked to help with events.
~&~&~&~- You must inform ladykayra or Catti Saionji if you can not get on for an extended period of time.
Benefits::
~&~&~&~- You get 95% of breedings/flatsale/auction/raffle pets and 98% of customs. The 5% and 2% cover shop associated costs.
~&~&~&~- You set your own custom prices and you get a pet trade per sale per person. Basically if you do one main shop sale you can have a pet trade with anyone. To have another pet trade with the same person you must do another shop sale.
~&~&~&~- You get two freebie pets for yourself or a friend every month as long as you are active. (This means stop by at least a few times a week or for half an hour a week.)
~&~&~&~- After your first sale you may open bribe only slots of any kind.
Owner's List Updater::
~&~&~&~- You'll be responsible for updating the owner's list as new pets/stages are generated.
~&~&~&~- Old pets that are not on the list or other errors are also your responsiblity.
~&~&~&~- You will work closely with the other staff to make sure everything is A-OK as well as taking care of things they point out.
~&~&~&~- You must be around so you can update the list at least once a week.
~&~&~&~- You only need contact by PM but other contact would be good too.
Benefits::
~&~&~&~- You get a freebie pet for yourself or a friend every month as long as you are active.
~&~&~&~- Other benefits?? Can be discussed according to performance.
