From the looks of it hun, the owner and co-owners left this guild.
Otherwise I'd be kicked out by now for being blunt and an a*****e to people.

Even though I have done FAR worse. . . Hell I'm surprised I haven't got into a discussion or argument on how much of a douche I am LOL!

I can hold a contest, as I have gold and items I dont use anymore. However, I have no idea of what contest to hold.

A good contest idea, would probably be not a tektek contest, but a contest of creativity an general. You can post a youtube link, or draw an artwork. Either way, it's still gonna be judged.

There is usually a contest every month, although members are fully capable to hold contests of their own.
The owners have not left the guild, they have other things to deal with. The owner is in the MILITARY, so hold your tongue before you say he isn't active.
Also @RavenStrife you need to be respectful to the members of the guild, REGARDLESS of how you think of them. We are a friendly community and despite other people's immaturity you need to polite.
If you want to be a "b***h" go to the regular forums, but don't be disrespectful here. If I personally see this, I will report to the other mods of this guild.
I understand people are ignorant, it is another job at this guild to inform others in and out of this guild of what they need to know about VOCALOID & other related programs.
Solid feelings, I've cherished them, and now I'm letting go

A lot of the new members, including myself did not know this so honestly there is no reason to get angry with him for not knowing. It doesn't say outright anywhere in the guild other than possibly in a topic with a list of pages you have to slog through to maybe find a post about it.
So honestly it should be you holding your tongue before you get angry about this of all things.

Now to clear up the Original Guild Mods situation, because I spot a misconception. Understandable though, because the whole thing took place in the Crew subforum.
Last I remember (which was over a year and a half ago now) a girl named Tide-chan was the original Guild Captain. Her boyfriend chucksu was the guy in the military, and a VC. When he got back from Iraq, Tide's family had an issue with her seeing him... which led to Tide being grounded (and perhaps she still is?) So to keep this Guild from what seemed to be inevitable collapse, they transferred leadership to Pink Jemm.
Somewhere in that timeframe, a bunch of Guild Regs were made Vice Captrains and Crewpeople. I myself am not much of a VC I admit, but I try sometimes, even though at heart I'm just an avid poster >.<
EDIT: Unless you mean Pink Jemm is in the military, which I completely had no clue about. This kind of thing would be great to know, so threads like this don't happen. @.@
