Whatever the reason the winner will receive a mystery prize! They might discover they have a tailed beast sealed in them they had no idea about, "happen" upon a powerful weapon, "find" a scroll to a unique jutsu, be assigned a special mission, learn a high-ranking jutsu for free, or something even better!
