Whatever page you're looking at is incorrect. The new banlist is already known (look here), and Caius is completely untouched.

I would
-1 the Reaper
+ Battle Fader.
In my opinion, BF is too good not to use at three, and I would rather use the set/summon that Reaper would take up to trib for a monarch or something a whole lot more useful.

-1 Transmigration prophecy
+ 1 Compulsory Evacuation Device

Don't see you needing Trans with two POA, and Compulsory is more versatile too.
