ANBU Head-Quarters 
The ANBU (暗部, Dark Side), short for Ansatsu Senjutsu Tokushu Butai (暗殺戦術特殊部隊, Special Assassination and Tactical Squad; English Version: ANBU Black Ops), take orders directly from the Kage, performing special high-level missions, such as assassinations and torture. The ANBU usually work in teams formed to the requirements of the mission, ensuring maximum success. In other villages, members are hand picked by the Kage himself, but in this village ANBU's are picked by the ANBU captain.
After beginning picked an ANBU member goes threw a large amount of mental and physical training to allow them to reach a good enough stand so that they can preform some of the most difficult missions with ease. Within the ANBU core there are four rankings, ANBU recruit; which are the newest member of the ANBU squadron, while at this level they undergo multiply training missions. Once they have ascend they become ANBU with shows that they have had enough field experience to put into high ranking missions. The third is ANBU Squad leader, which shows that you have been entrusted with a squad of ANBU and ANBU recruits to train as you see fit. The the final is ANBU Captain who over sees the entire ANBU core and is also in charge of picking the new recruits.
The ANBU HQ is a restricted zone for anyone under the rank of Jounin and ever if Jounin rank (Includes Special Jounin) must have clearance for either the Kage or the ANBU captain, unless you are a former ANBU member.
