It was early on in the evening still, to Iden anyway, a couple of hours past sunset. The young vampire had dropped by in hopes of running into someone, but wasn't terribly surprised when she hadn't. But, not one to give up right away, she'd made herself comfortable on one of the shop couches in case anyone else happened to wander in. Booted feet propped up on one arm of the couch, she lay back with her hands behind her head, watching her companion out of the corner of one red eye. Toby had come along as well of course, hoping to meet up with another Velvet perhaps. He was always happy to see Sidney, and he hadn't seen Willow since he'd grown. Or there was that hawk, too.
But with no company other than Iden to be had, he'd shed his cloak and hat and wooden sword and clambered into one of the toyboxes on the floor, hunting around for likely substitute playmates. Every now and then he'd find one that suited his purpose and toss it out of the box onto the floor before returning to his search.
So far he'd dug out a dalmatian stuffed animal, and a bat with wings that velcroed together.((Just for reference, this is Iden...minus the spear and chains. xd ))

Lilwere herself felt like wandering today. a Sleepy yawn emerged from her muzzle, thought she shook it off quite quickly. Earlier she met up with two from the velveteen shop, a woman named LP and a child velvet named willow. She had to abruptly leave, cutting off the story and the chat ;~;
Walking towards the shop she pushed open the door and peeks inside, her velvet Gabriel in her shoulder. At first it seemed as if no one was around, but thats when she spotted a woman decked in red and black with long black hair. She thought at first maybe she was... sleeping? Nono.. she was awake.
She then spotted a dog, could he also be a velvet? This was a veleteen shop.. but she was still unsure. Exhaling she waved towards the other, hoping to gain attention. "Uhm....hello there"

Iden's gaze darted to the door as she heard it open, and stayed there while she watched to see who entered. No one she knew, but definitely someone out of the ordinary...but then it didn't do to stare, and it seemed in the shop there were more strange people around than 'normal' ones. And she'd become one of the former, herself.
She swung her legs back around so that her feet came to rest on the floor with a soft thump, sitting up quickly but without any appearance of hurry. "Oh, hey there. I was starting to think maybe we'd be in for a lonely night."
Ears perking, Toby clambered out of the toybox after his last selection of a camel, setting the stuffed animal gently beside the other two before executing a polite bow; although his wagging tail kept the gesture from looking voerly serious. Speaking up with a friendly "Hello, miss!" he peered curiously up at the winged plush on her shoulder. Another Velvet perhaps?

Lilwere's gaze went towards the other female, she.. looked human, but the wolf-pard anthro knew more than well that looks could be decieving. She also noticed she had firey red eyes... she only usually saw those on vampires.
"I was just thinking the same before i saw there where others inside." She nodded softly, her blackish grey locks fell in her face. Lilwere was used to just looking out with her left eye, her right one was always covered with her hair.
Walking closer towards the other she held out one of her black tipped paws towards the female in greetings, "My names lilwerewolfgirl. you can call me a nickname if you like, usually im called lil or lilwere"
Lilweres heart jumped slightly as the dog started to speak to her, youd think she woulda been used to this sort of thing.. XD; i guess not. "Hello there." She looked from his eyes, towards what he was looking at. Ahhhhh~ the plush. "If your wondering.... yes this is my own velvet.

"Usually don't catch anyone here at night, but I come around hoping every now and then." Iden smiled, studying the other owner, admittedly intrigued, but she did so briefly and politely, eyes not lingering overlong.
When approached, she stood and, after a moment's hesitation, took the other's paw in her own pale, cool hand to shake. "Nice to meet you, Lil. I'm Iden."
Toby wandered closer, smiling up at the anthro woman. "I'm Toby," he offered, before letting his curiosity spill out in questions, "Do you have a name yet? D'you know if they're a boy or girl?"
Plush they mgiht still be, but he wanted to see them closer and meet them!!

(( XD okies. heres some~ One~Two~Three~Newest~)) "Im a bit of a night owl." Ironically she yawned after saying so, blinking softly a light laugh escaped her lips from the irony factor. Lilwere didnt mind the other looking at her, for she was rather curious of the other as well.
Shaking the others hand she notcied it was... cold? Was it naturally like that...??? Oh well it was there buisness. "Pleasure to meet you Iden." She smiled breaking the handshake.
Looking back towards the dog she gave another smile. "And pleasure to meet you as well Toby." She brought down the plush from her shoulder and showed it to him. "Well... i have a feeling its going to be a boy. Just gut instict. I named him Gabriel actually." She also added.

Iden couldn't help but laugh considering the timing of that yawn, offering a flashing glimpse of fangs before the laugh finally settled into a soft chuckle.
"So, how long've you had Gabriel?" She asked the obligatory intorductory question, before adding, "It's a very nice name, by the way."
"Pleased to meet you too, Miss Lil." Toby nodded, giving her a sincere wag of his tail, before directing his attention to his fellow Velvet. "Hello, Gabriel. I'm Toby. I'm going to be a knight someday," he told the plush quite seriously, "I wonder what you're going to be?"

Ahh... no wonder her hands where cold, she's a vampire. This was definatly proving to be interesting. She didnt mind the fact that the other was one of course, she's seen loads of different people/ animals in her time.
"Well, ive had him for some time now... i kinda lost track of it. Its feli like ive had him for forever~ And thank you." She nodded. "I had a hard choice between two names, but i finally chose this one."
Gabriel wasnt able to respond to the other for now he looked like a normal plush, but that doesnt mean he wasnt listening. His blue eyes seemed to gleme a little brighter.

"It does feel like that, doesn't it? It doesn't really go away, either." Iden agreed, nodding. She leaned back into the sofa, crossing one leg over the other comfortably. "Here, have a seat if you want."
"Maybe when you grow, we'll see each other again and get to play," Toby continued on, unmindful of the lack of response, "You might even remember me -- I sort of remembered Sid, I think. But we can still play now, if it's okay with Miss Lil?" He looked hopefully up at the caretaker in question, with those liquid brown puppy eyes of his.
