In battle, he is calm and can understand any situation. The only time Takeshi is not calm is when someone has died. Takeshi is the type of person who will do anything for his friends. Takeshi also can learn things very fast and understands almost anything.

Shikai: Ken kouhi [blade queen] Shikai Takeshi's shikai is a large blade that can split into two and turn into a dual type zanpakuto. When Takeshi combines his two swords he can shoot a large laser that can reach up to 20 miles in one direction. However, the cool down is 20 minutes. The release phrase is "Slice through all of our enemies Ken kouhi!"
Bankai: susamajii ken oni kouhi [ Fierce blade demon queen] Bankai Takeshi's dual swords turn into about 10 swords that surround him and serve as a shield for only long range attacks. Takeshi can shoot all of his swords at once and the cool down on that is 25 minutes. He can also pull any of them out and use them.

Bio: Biography Before Death: Takeshi was born in Tokyo, Japan when things were peaceful and quiet and Takeshi thought this would last forever. He was a middle classed family that was a little bit rich, but not too rich. Takeshi was a prodigy at Kendo and he could take on 3 men at once. His Dad use to be also skilled in Kendo and he wanted Takeshi to be too. Takeshi attended a rich private schools that were full of geniuses. Takeshi was at the top of his class and everybody looked up to him. Takeshi's parents were proud and they loved him. Takeshi made many friends and he was happy. Then one day while he was walking home a little girl had lost he ball on the road and a truck was about to run her over. Takeshi rushed in and pushed the girl away just in time. However, he had gotten killed in the accident.
Biography After Death: Takeshi was born again in West Rukongai in a small village on Junrinan. Takeshi was soon in a gang of kids who took food and gave it to their little "siblings". He had stolen the food with no problem because he wanted to protect his friends and "siblings" he had. One day he looked at the Seretei and wondered what was in there. His friends told him that there were shinigamis in there and it was a dangerous place. Takeshi was interested in this place so he signed up for the academy and made it in. Takeshi was still the genius in the class and was admired greatly. Soon enough he passed before all his class mates and was placed in squad 7. Takeshi was great and was then later promoted to 3rd seat. One day he went back to his old village in Rukongai and found that it had been turned to dust. He saw limbs of people every where. When Takeshi came to his old house he found letter addressed to him. In rage Takeshi let his inner hollow out and it went on a rampage and destroyed a village in the Rukongai district. When he started calming down the inner hollow stopped and he saw the destruction he had caused. He fled to the world of the living and learned how to control his hollow powers. He has been living there for about 37 years.
