Bleez blew past the other runners on the running track around the park. She was doing two things: trying to see just how fast she could go and blowing off steam. She was in a constant state of anger if she was at home with her mother there anymore. So, most of her time was spent far away from Moira... calming down.
She was oblivious to pretty much anything and everyone else in the park currently. And she just looked like a blur of color to most people as she continued zooming around the track.

Kaleb nearly ran into Bleez as he walked across the race track, having not paid attention to his surroundings. Luckily he looked up and backed away quickly at just the right moment. He couldn't tell which gender the person was by watching them run, but perhaps they would tire out and he could speak with whoever it was then? He hoped so.
So the preteen sat on one of the benches by the track and decided to watch the other girl. He was lazy during the summer, the heat got to him and put him into a constant daze. He hoped he would make a friend by the end of the day.

Bleez cursed under her breath at whomever she almost ran into. Weren't they paying attention to the fact that it was a running/jogging track and there were people running on it? If she'd seen who it was, she might've actually stopped and give them a "talking" to!
It was another few minutes before Bleez calmed and tired herself. She wasn't a Diligence kid, but she could take awhile to tire if she was angry enough. And she had been angry enough, apparently.
The preteen collapsed in an exhausted heap next to the bench Kaleb had placed himself on. She had her back to him, so she really hadn't noticed a spawn was behind her.

Kaleb, lust spawn that he was (though decidedly shy) decided to tap her on the shoulder. "Hey," he said cheerfully. He clearly had no idea he was dealing with a wrath spawn, for surely he found them frightening and rather, well, grumpy quite a bit of the time. "I'm Kaleb. What's your name?"
Instead of twitching with nerves, he rubbed at his forehead. His slits had not yet opened and were causing a great deal of discomfort. "I saw you running," he added as a conversation starter. "You're really fast."

The wrath spawn jerked her head back, surprised that, not only was there someone behind her, but it was a spawn. "Oh,hi! Didn'.see.ya.back.there. M'name's.Bleez." Despite her exhaustion, her speech was just as quick.
"Yeah," she commented like it was obvious. "Only.one.other.spawn.I.know.is.as.fast. 'Think.it.comes.from.the.Wrath.blood."
She made an odd face at Kaleb, "You.look.familiar." She couldn't quite remember where she'd seen him before but she'd definitely seen him before somewhere.
