Sorry admin people, I realized I put this in the wrong forum as soon as I posted it. Can you pleas move it to the right one?
(Note: rant contains cussing, some words the best thing to explain with)
So I had this nightmare.
It was based on the school last year, I had been hearing a lot of "popular"(god i hate that word) girls saying it would be "cool" to be raped to say they lived through it.
Then one of then really got raped over the summer. Today being the first school day, I made the mistake of sitting near the victim and the clique.
They were laughing at the victim. Laughing. They were saying that the victim lied, when clearly the scars on her arms were not self inflicted wounds.
She wouldn't go anywhere near a male human in the dream. Then I woke up crying.
Seriously. I do not understand these people. Parts of the dream must have been from stuff I heard at school.
So hear begins my rant.....
If it was possible to completely study a human mind and understand thoughts I suppose it would have already been done.
But the mind of a teenager must not be complicated.
In a stereotype, (please no offense to teenagers who may read this) all a teenager thinks of is sex, drugs and alcohol.
Now they take things, serious offenses and crimes like thievery, murder, and Child abuse, and they laugh about it. They see pictures of sufferers and shout "oh fat kid!" or "oh how ugly" and wrinkle their noses.
Is it just me, or are they laughing at rape now too? Do they think it cannot happen to them?
Example: (names changed for privacy, but this happened at school once)
The principle comes to the room and asks the teacher to tell a student to go to the office to talk. Brianna whispers to that student "don't let her rape you!".
The student, Brian, grins and leaves. He returns ten minutes later. Brianna whispers back "Did she rape you?" and Brian grins and heads to his seat.
I was sitting next to "Brianna" when that happened. I almost started hyperventilating with rage when that occurred, because damn i was mad.
IT. IS. NOT. FUNNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is sick. It is cruel. It is horrible. So many people in a year, so many more souls getting laughed at by their dumb a** classmates.
ends rant.
Sorry it was so long but I had to vent it out.

I completely agree with you.
It isn't funny.
I lost a good friend of mine because she joked about rape too much, and I told her, it wasn't funny. She thought I was being "lame", and stopped talking to me.
There's nothing you can really do about people like that but ignore them.

Welcome Bucky I completely agree with you.
It isn't funny.
I lost a good friend of mine because she joked about rape too much, and I told her, it wasn't funny. She thought I was being "lame", and stopped talking to me.
There's nothing you can really do about people like that but ignore them. Yeah I guess. [by the way, thanks for moving the thread]

I once knew a girl who had almost died in a fire and half her face was deformed from the fire. she was an easy target..

Demon Kira Jushiro no they wouldnt. but people..they are just horrid creatures. some laugh at victims or people with defects. I once knew a girl who had almost died in a fire and half her face was deformed from the fire. she was an easy target..
But it's true... people find things to laugh at.

I can't stand it when people laugh at or make fun of other people whom stuff like that happened to. It's NOT funny AT ALL. Period. What if they themselves got raped? Then it would be a whole different story. They wouldn't want people laughing at or making fun of them, now would they? Heh. NO.

it's horribly not funny.....
i told some of my friends what happend to my girlfriend so they could tell me how to cheer her up..
and then one of them was on the swing saying "rape" over and over...
i spin kicked him and he flew off the swing...i walked over to him and said "next time you joke about any of that s**t...your dead"
i hate school...people never understand pain anymore...
sorry you had that dream...hope you kicked some a** in it ;D
oh and...there's something like that at my school too...it's like, if i poke my friend Damian or Austin, Damian will yell "RAAAAPPPPEEEE!!!!" and Austin would yell "UNWILLING RAPPPEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!" so i avoid poking them...

It's not cool at ALL! Some people were joking about rape today and I broke down crying. They were all like "LOL i just like,raped some girl today and got her pregnant. It was gooooooooood!~" I yelled at them so much it looked like they were about to crap their pants. But seriously. It's not funny. It hurts alot!

The dream you had, kinda reminds me of something that happened to a girl i went to school with. Although back in my day, people were considerate.. kids these days, what is wrong with them?
