Well as we all know, Naruto has/had some awesome and crazy technology in it. Custom technology can be anything from medical equipment to battle gear. But no matter what it is, they must be created to use in defense or aid of your village. These must be personally accepted by me or one of the other designated crew members. Technology Name: Infared goggles

Description: 1.) These goggles were invented by Kay after speaking with a few of his summons. They are invented to see in infared as well as normal lighting. They are just as simple to use as binoculars, though they are built into his goggles, and are turned on and off by pressing a small button on the sides of them.
2.)Compund eyes: simply enhances vision by allowing KAy to see like an insect. Button press on the side activates and deactivates.
1.)Cannot see through water, or too deep into the ground.
2.)Limits peripheral vision greatly, can only see in front of him.

Description: A special type of guantlet that fires a length of chain that can easily stick itself inside of a tree, and then opens and serves as a type of grappling hook. However, the user can also fire the other end of one length (ten meters) of chain to sometimes hold two objects together, or even act as a trip wire. If fired at a human, it won't impale, rather jjust push them back and latch on to their skin.
Weakness: Chains break easily, are succeptible to extremely fast rusting (suiton), melting (katon) or even tarnishing (at least c rank fuuton).

Description: This has two functions and they are listed below.
1.) A pair of headphones that play a special music track that works like hypnosis. By creating certain vibrations, the brain falls under the command of the sound. However, this is not a bad thing. When using this, the user's ability to process information is increased. The hypnosis seems to increase the section of the brain that allows critical thinking as well. Also, the user is able to gather information much easier and track enemies easier. However, the ability to hear is negated. Due to not being able to hear, other senses are also increased.
(Allows the user to find nearly anything that is hidden and can track enemies very easily. All senses, except for hearing, are enhanced.)
2.) This serves as a communication device as well. Anyone else who has one of these can contact another user. The first ability is canceled out if a message is coming in. However, the ability to communicate can be turned off by just flipping a switch. This is useful in tracking situations or some forms of battle.

Description: These are weights used to train the speed of the user. There are numerous different weights, each affecting the speed and gain of the user. First, there are the little weights. These are about 50 lbs each leg. Wearing them, the owner loses 20 agility. However, he/she gains 1 stat point of speed per 4000 words spent walking around in the weights.
Then there are the medium weights. These weights are about 100 lbs each leg. They lower the user's agility by 50. They, in turn, grant the user 1 agility stat point per 2400 words.
Lastly, there are the heavy weights. They weight about 250 lbs each leg. Using these, a user gains 1 stat point per 1000 words they post. However, this causes their agility to go down by 100.
If you have reached your full potential with agility (for example, your agility stat is 100/100), these weights still increase. So, lets say a person wears middle weights and has posted 5000 words. Their stat points are now 102/102. To be able to move in these weights, the user must have at least 10 remaining agility stat points after the stat subtractions.
Weakness: Lowers agility.

Technology Name: Military Rations Pill
Technology Power Rank: Chuunin, though must obtain from jounin level or higher.
Description: These are special pills that replenish one's stamina and chakra and nourish the body. It's made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. When taking one, a user regains 10 chakra and endurance.
Weakness: Can only carry 3 around at one time. Can only be used after 5 posts in battle. Must have a 5 post cool down before taking another.

Description:
It is made of solid metal, and in the shape of a heart that has a syringe built into it, and has tubes flowing from the left atreum to the right ventrical, as if it were going through the cirrculatory system. it is only half the size of a n adult male's heart, and can only hold about a pint of blood. it is used to obtain blood from a bloodline or clan for later use.
Weakness:
The blood can only last for ten days IRL unless placed in the lab's cooling system for preservation.
This can be easily destroyed through taijutsu that can break metal objects, and the blood inside can easily be boiled and rendered useless by Katon jutsu. Raiton jutsu does nothing more than stimulates the blood, but it will short circuit the motor keeping the blood flowing.

Path: Goggles: Well... All of them see ok accept for the Xray goggles. I think you'd get radiation poisoning from them and probably cancer from the harmful radiation... So...
Chain shooters: Give it a length
Hark: First use: It's a bit cheep... To track ANYTHING that's hidden is too much. Just because you're senses are heightened doesn't mean you could do such a thing.
Second use: That's acceptable. Though you should put for the weakness, "Unable to hear while in use." Because that'd be bad.
Nerd: Weights: Make the rank Chunin because I doubt a genin could use them effectively (unless they had been training for a long time)
Small weights, lower the word count by 1000... That'd be hard to obtain.
Medium Weights: Lower the word count by 500
The rest of it seems alright.
The pills: Make them Chunnin
Also, these aren't easily obtained, so make it so they have to get it from a jounin ranked member (unless you're a jounin) before they can have them.
Spider: No... You can't copy Kekkai genkai unless they are visual or Doujutsu, that's in the rules

edited my application. also, these customs are for the village marketplaces (read crew forum). but i'm gonna be carrying the heavy weights around my character as soon as rp starts.....do i have to pay or something?

Well... No, since you're kage rank you wouldn't need to pay and even if you did since you auto ranked it's not needed, just say you paid for them earlier. Only auto ranks would get to have them when they start.

Hold on a second here Crow. He removed the X-Ray part of the tech, but the weakness is still for that part. Not to mention the only real weakness is that it can't see deep into things. It needs a new weakness. A real one, not some stupid thing like that.
A weakness wouldn't be just something that causes a bad effect either. A weakness would be something that destroys the tech. For something like this, I'd expect the weakness to be along the lines of delicate wiring, and not being able to handle heavy impact or electricity.

So even though they don't have Xray abilities, they now still have a weakness for the Xray ability?
And so you want goggles to be weak to taijutsu and raiton? neutral if you say so...
