Weakness: The destructive force of the black lightning generated by wielding this weapon is highly unstable and thus cannot always be controlled without extensive chakra training not attainable until Kage status is obtained. Doton attacks one rank higher than casting jutsu can ground your raiton jutsu making it useless.
Description:
The sword amplifies one's lightning abilities by one rank when being wielded. Its turns the lightning produced by the wielder's raiton chakra an ominous black and casues both of the user's eyes to turn black. Speed is increased by one rank with the fall of the wielder's strength by one rank. The sword shares a somewhat telepathic link with it's owner and is attuned to the emotions of it's wielder. In combat if the blade clashes with the body of the opponent it may read their emotions at the moment of the clash, these emotions effect the blade and user as follows sad These effects are not aditional meaning that the forementioned effects are cancelled when the folowing emotions are felt.)

Thus upon cutting Kokurai can read the emotions of its victim at the moment of slashing, these emotional reads are not transferred to the wielder. Kokurai, or Black Lightning, is an evolving blade meaning that some time in the near future I'll be submitting a stage two assuming that this is approved.)
