First of all let me explain a little thing here before anything else.

I am busy on writing a book about the plot I am about to give, yet sometimes Im unsure of how to continue my story in my book.
This RolePlay is meant for others to join in on the story, give me ideas for my book as well as help you get an idea of whether you might like my future book or not.
Feel free to join the RP, Pm me tips or ideas you might like to see added or post them between brackets [As in: OOC] here in the thread. I may or may not use the ideas, but anything new is welcome.

And now: The Plot

A group of cultist have found a magical scroll, used to create the very world we live on and the life that exists on it.
In a sense, it would be the very scroll some would call 'God' himself has used to create this world. It is, not as the name of scroll sounds, a piece of rolled up paper.
This very cult hated the very world we all know: The large cities, roads with loads of cars, factories and cutting down forests for our own.
They reactive the very spell as in their idea to reset the world as it was meant to be.
Instead, it creates a more apocalyptical effect rather then truly resetting the world as they would hope. A flash of light covers the planet, removing all sentient life for thousands of years along with any mammal, insect and so on.
The cities remained, plants reappeared and started to cover the abandoned ruins. Then a few humans returned, finding their homes ravaged, but having woken up with the knowledge of how it all used to be and not realizing so many years have gone passed.
The returned humans start a new settlement, having its issues over leadership and what to do next.
Little do they know in the start, that the spell has completely messed up the wildlife they used to know:
Animals have been crossed with human beings, creating half human creatures with animal features and actually fullfilling their part in the balance of nature.
You may think of them as anthro to furry based creatures.

The creatures ive thought of so far, and worked out in a more detail in my head at least, are:
Feline humans (catlike people, like tigers and lions)
Canine humans (Doglike people, like wolves and foxes)
Other mammals
Insect people (Like bee people)
Bird people

Anything is humanly shaped with mixed animal components in between. Feel free to vary your look for your animal, think up your own clan, or join someone else his or her clan.
Or just be a plain human.
Do mind: Clans may not be friendly to one another , or one might be hunting the other seeing as its the natural order (For example, Wolf clan/tribe hunt bunny clan/tribes)
Humans will be neutral to all clan/tribes in the start and try to form trade and peace relations, however, sometimes hostile intentions from certain clans/tribes are inevitable.

Ways of gathering food may or not may include hunting the animals that didnt mix in with human genes, fishing or farming (depending ofcourse whether they are carnivores or herbivores)

Some tribes may hunt other however, but are considered savages.

Keep one thing in mind though:
No such thing as 'superpowers'. Whatever you pick as an animal or such, you only have that animals ability.
