Now boarding on Dock 3A from Vermillion City, Kanto: S.S. Cyan. Passangers, please double check your carry-ons before leaving the boat-
"URGH.....Blah...."
Sickly-sounding gags near the exit of the dock caused a few people to stare as a young man looked ready to loose more then just the contents of lunch, breakfast and yesterdays' dinner. Pale underneath the dusky complexion and with a tinge of green on his face, the sea travel from Kanto had clearly not agreed with him.
At a pause in the series of heaves, he wiped his mouth with the back of his hand as his pokemon held out a bottle of water.
"Chu."
"-coughcough- Ugh....T-thanks buddy..." Pushing some bangs out of hazel eyes, he took a long swig of the water to spit out that nasty after-taste. Unfortunately, genetics sucked and the sickness kicked in again, forcing the guy to lean over the side of the dock railing for what felt like the fifth time since he got off the boat.
The Raichu at his feet simply took the bottle from the human and leaned against the duffel bag beside him. This has happened far too many times to count. Best course of action: let the seasickness run its course.

"What a beautiful day!" Black hair swirled around in the breeze. "Come on Tybalt," She gave him her hand, "Dip me!" The oversized Feraligatr plastered a big grin on his face before taking his trainer in hand a lowering her down slightly. Onlookers stared in amazement as the two as the moved about the pier.
After their little parade down the beach, they settled for a nice spot in the sand. She sprawled her blue Azumrill towel out, more than for her pokemon that herself, and began to slather sunscreen on the visible parts of her body. The white tank top showed hints of her bikini underneath, while her purple trunks covered her legs.
With a flash of light, she called out her pokemon. "Ok guys, relax and play!" The Ivysaur gave a curt nod before going to soak up the sun on her towel, the Blastoise looking and running to the water with Tybalt, and the blue eyed Pikachu was right up on her shoulder, a little afraid to get wet.
Cal looked out into the horizon, "Hey look! A boat!" She smiled at Skye, "Let's go see if we can get some money." She clasped her hands together and was at the ship in a mere minute. All the passengers got off the boat at a steady pace, no one really distracted, but... Was that someone losing their stomach contents into the ocean? "Hey there." It was best to play the sympathy card. "You alright?"

Fortunately for Cal, the guy had just finished tossing his cookies (and everything else in between) over the railing. Now, he was flopped over the wood in a rather dramatic sort of way...
Not unlike a certain, brown-haired rocket back at HQ.
At her voice, the guy shoved himself into an upwards position and turned to glance at Cal with a sort of lopsided smile on his face. Hazel eyes brightened slightly as he shook his head. "Nah nah, Im fine." The grin shifted into a wide smile, showing off some pearly whites. "Thank ya anyway though...Ugh...Hold that thought..."
The friendly stance vanished as another round of sickness started to flare up. But it retreated a moment later and the guy flopped down onto a bench nearby with his head flopped backwards and eyes closed. The next words he spoke weren't directed at the girl nearby, more of to himself.
"Never let yer parents have sea sickness...genetics suck..."
By the duffel bag at their feet, the large Raichu glared up at the mysterious girl and her Pikachu with cold, hard eyes. He was naturally suspicious of new people at first (which had saved Michael's wallet more then once). Grabbing the bag by its handles, he dragged it closer to his partner before jumping onto the bench beside him.
'Raichu rai."

Skye stuck up his nose at the Raichu. He knew what his trainer wanted, but the pest was stopping them from making a clean getaway. His cheeks crackled a bit before Cal rested a hand on his head as to say, "We'll get them later."
Giggling softly, Cal looked over the seasick man. "It doesn't look like you're alright to me." She walked up and patted his shoulder lightly, "Why were you even on a boat in the first place? If you don't mind me asking." She waited for his reply, enjoying the salty breeze. Skye eyed the Raichu and the man suspiciously, though the two of them were up to no good.
