Hopefully I can master French next and maybe hit for the big Tea Party in the sky, no not heaven England!

Wow! congrats Renton! I know you will do us proud biggrin Yeah the cool weather hasn't even called ahead to tell us it's on it's way, we are still in the low 100's xp But I do have a job now, long term Freshman English sub. I just spent the last week going through a training on their new English curriculum, 7:30 am to 3:30 plus trying to find time to put my room together, I am pooped but excited for tomorrow. Now I just have to put together some sort of syllabus and lesson plan. I hope everyone else is doing as well mrgreen

It's been the same weird pattern these last few years. Time just running past everyone.

Thanks Renton. Yeah it's been a good learning experience so far, definitely more intense than any of my subbing jobs before. I'm with you Shadow, it's kinda sad that as we get older and take on more responsibilities time seems to speed by xp

Is it really just an age thing? I seem to remember last year going by a little more evenly and I still had a ton of stuf to do...it feels like its speeding up, and I wish i knew where it was heading too so quickly... sweatdrop Or maybe I don't. mrgreen

I've had so much time where the hours and days seems to drag by, but when I turn back to take a look months have already happened!
Sometimes I'll sit down in the evening and think about everything I did that day, and the morning feels like it happened a week ago.
My sense of time is screwy, but the rule seems the same for everybody: the time you want slips through your fingers, and the time you're trying to get through crawls.
I'll probably end up feeling surprised on my 80th birthday or something, still thinking I'm 23. If I make it that long, that is. ;P

I guess it's better when father time wants us out of the way, than when mother earth does..
Father time just takes away the moments so time flies... Mother earth just ends the world.. which is kind of against what she's like cause she likes constructive stuff.. >.> even when it comes to destruction.
I understand the two probably want alone time, but seriously. I don't care cause I only live once sad
I want my time back. Who's with me? lol.

meh this has been a passive aggressive shitty year thus far for me it had a few high points (birthday was pretty great for example) but the low points were almost as bad as my 2007-2008 slump and all notable events were separated generally by long periods of boring waiting and...melancholy? all in all this year is not one I'm going to miss actually the past month in particular has been pretty bad I get these like panic attacks usually at night through wiki browsing I found out that it actually has a name Terror Management Theoryessentially I think about dying and get really really upset and scared and stuff

This past week's been a real ride, that's for sure. At least for me. Compression's the word. Too much to do, too little time.
