i need a new vice captin. some one who is always active to run things and regester new students for when im gone. if u think u are up for it, post here and ur reason why.

Well, you don't exactly have to have a new vice captain... You could upgrade one of the crew members (I dunno how many there are.) and then promote a good member to the crew.
