i can give you a few paradigms though:
when hes going crazy all over you,
sentinel-medic-com or rav

if hes going really crazy,
sentinel-medic-medic

when hes calm and you have space to do things,
sentinel-commando-rav

when hes completely open
commando-rav-commando

have lightning and snow for offense
either hope in support.

paradigms
Aggression
Solidarity
Strategic warfare
Protection
Combat Clinic
Tri-Disaster

(bold ones are very important, others are for the extra slots)

to get to stagger point fast choose tri-disaster(3 ravagers) and launch all of your might! when he is in stagger choose Aggression(2 com 1 Rav) and do attacks (assuming you already have 5atb. best is ruin,atk 4x). attack until stagger mode is finished.

when your characters are low on health then change to Combat clinic. Since there is no mp requirement you can heal your group anytime while one tanks the boss(snow will be in sen while the 2 goes med). best to know when to use CC is when 2 of your chars is on the yellow line.

when you finished healing. go back to being in Aggresion or Tri-disaster(Tri is still the best) until you get another stagger. then go Aggresion again.

when he show his face this would be the tricky part. you should be fast on changing paradigms. from Tri-disater to CC. eventually you can stagger him and do aggre mode.

be careful on his buster rifle face and some kind of flash bang thingy. when he charge up go combat clinic to compensate on the attacks fast.

after barraging his guns. just do tri-disaster-stagger mode-aggression attacks. just be aware of using Combat clinic in situations.

that is all. use protection if must. but it is not recommended.

remember. beyond the yellow line use Combat clinic.

then Tri-disaster-Stagger mode-Aggression.

i finished it in like 8 minutes haha..

barthandelus 2 is pretty much easy when you get the hang of his face.

he just attacks with his buster rifles so no worries on some major attack that can put your characters in red line.

eventually you can defeat him in like 5 mins.

and yeh. it may took some of your items like potion.. you don't really want to waste much time healing when he is in stagger mode.

best healing while he is staggering is that you heal on the second stagger mode is on. then you can barrage at the remaining time left.

and of course. do those optional quest. and upgrade your weapons as much as possible too. it will really help..
