Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran stretched lazily on her stomach, her face smushed into the pillow. Groggily, she brought her head up...it felt like a beserk Myst hang over. She saw her armour laying on the floor. Brushing her hair back, she turned to her other side to see a blonde in bed besider her...a blonde woman.... LOLTERNATIVE Gaga yawned and rolled over, her eyes fluttering open for a moment. She seemed to have fallen back asleep however, her eyes suddenly snapped open and she came to gaze upon a very pretty woman. "Uhh." She mumbled, unsure of what to say. Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran stared back at the girl. Her voice came out, heavier than normal with the Vieran accent. "Who are you?" It came out with a hint of the sound of rustling leaves. LOLTERNATIVE "I'd like to ask you the same thing," GaGa retorted, confused and aching. "Where the hell am I?" Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran looked around the room for a long minute. "It looks like...a hotel?" LOLTERNATIVE "A hotel?" GaGa rubbed her head. "I don't remember anything of last night. What the hell happened?" Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran shook her head. "All I remember is something like the myst attacked me. And then nothing... You?" LOLTERNATIVE "Myst?" GaGa tilted her head, trying to remember. "I don't know.." Nyx Queen of Darkness "The Myst is something...I'm senstive to. I'm not sure how to describe it. It's, I thought, native to my home." LOLTERNATIVE "Oh, I see." GaGa sat up, slowly so she wouldn't get dizzy. Her eyes moved around the room as she took everything in. It was definately a hotel room; a very expensive one. "Maybe the Myst followed you." Nyx Queen of Darkness She considered for a moment, as she got out of bed to get her armour. Starting to slip back into she she finally spoke, "I think...that could be possibly. But it usually has different affects than...promiscuity. I assume that we...?" LOLTERNATIVE "Well, this place is different from yours, so maybe the effects are different." GaGa noted both their nudity and nodded. "It's the most likely scenario..." Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran nodded. "It could be. But going chaotic, berserker with rage is the norm." She looked at Gaga for a long moment. "It seems we did. But you're not my...type. I like men. I don't...understnad."

LOLTERNATIVE GaGa shrugged. "I won't try and understand something from another place." She returned Fran's gaze. "I'm promiscuous, but I have dignity; I don't sleep with someone and then forget about it." She pursed her lips. "I prefer men." Nyx Queen of Darkness "It's not to say that I haven't with women. But since I've been with the Humes..." She shrugged. "I mean no offence to you." LOLTERNATIVE GaGa nodded. "I didn't take any offense, don't worry. I think it's just best we..." She frowned lightly. "Ungh...I don't feel very well." Nyx Queen of Darkness Frowning, she walked over and peered into her face. "Are you fevered?" LOLTERNATIVE "No, I just.." She groaned. "It's my stomach." Nyx Queen of Darkness “Are you upset? Do you think it...a virus?" LOLTERNATIVE "I don't know what it is." GaGa grumbled, falling back onto the soft heaven that was the bed. "I just don't feel well." Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran sat down. "I do not know how I can help you." LOLTERNATIVE "I think I need food." GaGa rubbed her stomach, trying to soothe the grumbling sound it was emitting. "Let's get some breakfast." Nyx Queen of Darkness I've never stayed a place this fine. How do we order?" LOLTERNATIVE "Room service." GaGa piped up. "A marvelous thing." She leaned over the bed and grabbed the telephone, pressing random keys. "Hello? Yes; I'd like to order room service. The best and biggest breakfast you've got. And something sweet for after. For two. Ah, tea. No, no, I have my own cup; just one will be necessary. Yes, yes, no. Thank you." She hung up and fell back on the bed. "They'll bring it up, soon. I hope you're as hungry as I am." Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran laid back on the pillows, and slipped her shoes back off. "I eat when I can and as much as I can. I never know when next I'll get the chance." LOLTERNATIVE You're a fighter; I'm guessing." GaGa nodded towards Fran's armoured attire. "But you're graceful, that I can tell." GaGa shrugged. "We may as well talk, we might remember something." Nyx Queen of Darkness "Yes, I am an archer," she lisped. "I have to have a bit of grace because of that, but because I am Veira I am graceful also." She sighed, "I don't remember much. You begin?" LOLTERNATIVE "All I know is that last night I was performing..." She paused. "I'm an artist; I sing and play piano." She shrugged. "After that, nothing."

Nyx Queen of Darkness "I seem to remember something about...drinks. Was it with you?" “ LOLTERNATIVE I.. I think so." GaGa frowned. "Maybe we had a few too many..." Nyx Queen of Darkness "Maybe we did...but I can handle it real well. Then I remember..."Her brow furrowed. "Almost, something like a fog rolling in." LOLTERNATIVE "I don't remember that." GaGa paused and, just as she was about to continue, there was a knock on the door. "Room service." A voice called and GaGa stood, wrapping a robe around her body. She opened the door and a young boy pushed a cart in. Upon seeing both women, he stuttered and blushed, fumbling with everything. "Thank you, very much. Tell your manager you did a great job; I'll verify it." The boy nodded and left the room. GaGa sat down at the table, looking at all the food and wondering where to start first. "We'll have to continue after breakfast." Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran reached for a steaming pile of scrambled eggs and dug in. Sipping, a bit of orange juice she considered. "Maybe...what happened to us was both drastically different?" LOLTERNATIVE Gaga shrugged. "I imagine you'd know more about it then me. But, your guess is as good as mine if not better." An eyebrow raised and she frowned. "Something tastes a bit off." Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran looked quizzacally at her. "It tastes fine to me." She frowned a bit as she munched on more eggs, "I wonder if this was...natural or if someone did this to us? I've never seen the mist here." LOLTERNATIVE GaGa ignored the funny taste of the food and went back to trying to solve the problem at hand. "Maybe it was just waiting for the right moment?" She put her fork down and rubbed her head; all of this was so confusing. Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran finished off her eggs and drank a long draught of oranged. "It doesn't really matter, I guess. It happened and now what do we do?"

LOLTERNATIVE "We need to figure out what happened exactly. We must have side effects." Nyx Queen of Darkness "I dont' have side effects....I don't think." Fran looked at her skin momentarily and took a few deep breathes. "No, I feel fine. You think you're feeling ill because of it?" LOLTERNATIVE "I just feel a bit odd; but I'm sure it's nothing." GaGa took a sip of her tea and smiled. "It'll clear up eventually." Nyx Queen of Darkness "Hmm..." Her soft alluring voice fell silent, "I'm sorry. I dont' mean to be so insensitive." She stroked Gaga's hair gently. LOLTERNATIVE Gaga sighed and frowned; lightl pursing her lips. "I just want to know what the hell is going on. I hate being confused like this." Nyx Queen of Darkness "That's how we're different," she lisped. "I am use to taking things as they come. The world is far too strange to accept anything otherwise LOLTERNATIVE "Mm, I guess. But I'm not used to this feeling; not anymore, at least." She shuddered, remembering how horrible her past was. Drugs, alchohol; things that shamed her. Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran continued to stroke Gaga's hair as she kissed her forehead lightly. "I did not mean to make lightly of how you feel, maybe it effects you more so than me since I have experienced this mist before. Or maybe..." LOLTERNATIVE Gaga smiled softly and inwardly wondered about the funny sensation that fluttered in her stomach as Fran kissed her forehead. She pushed it aside; now wasn't the time. "Maybe what?"

Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran bit her lip, "Maybe you have the flu, the...nine month kind." LOLTERNATIVE "What are yo-" She broke off and her eyes widened. "No.. No way.. You don't.." It would explain a lot; the funny taste, the fluttery feeling in her stomach. of course it was early; but she just felt.. different. "Ugh." She banged her head against the table, resting it there. "Can't be happening." Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran was alarmed and grabbed Gaga before she could bang her head again. "Don't do that. It'll be okay..." Her mind was whirling too. "It's really odd, but that's what it seems like to me...I mean....Are you goign to be okay?" LOLTERNATIVE "I don't know." Gaga looked at her straight in the eyes; confusion and fear mixing and swirling in her own. "I just don't know." She tilted her head. "Am I the only one? I mean; maybe you're.. too." Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran clutched at her stomach instinctively. "I...I really don't know...I mean...I don't feel anything, but then maybe I'm not the kind to get sick." LOLTERNATIVE "Well, I hope you are. I don't want to be the only one." GaGa pouted lightly but then laughed. "We should really get confirmation before I start tearing my hair out." Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran looked a bit worried, "But it's such pretty hair..." The idea of her being pregnant after all of her long, Viera years was...a bit frightening. Many of her people had already had children and some of them children of their own. She was starting to feel a bit queasy, but she was unsure of whether it could be pregnancy or just fear. "Then let us confirm of disprove this." LOLTERNATIVE Mumbling to herself; she stood. "Alright. We'll take tests, I guess." GaGa wondered if she might be able to delay the process for a while; she wanted to enjoy the possibility that there might be a chance she won't be. But, it was better to know now than not at all.

Nyx Queen of Darkness A few minutes had passed and Fran was looking disbelievingly at two little lines on the test. Looking over, she saw Gaga's had two lines too. "So this means, no right?" LOLTERNATIVE "I wish." GaGa sighed and sat down; frowning. "We're both positive." Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran jumped up, "We're what!?" She looked alarmed, "But I feel fine." She sat down rather breathless LOLTERNATIVE "Maybe it's just like you said; you don't feel it as much as I do." Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran felt breathless, "But I mean...I mean..." Her voice fell silent. "I just didn't imagine that I was, that this would ever happen to me." She steadied herself, "So what are you going to do?' LOLTERNATIVE "Just wait, I guess." She placed a patted Fran's back. "We'll get through it together, okay?" Nyx Queen of Darkness "Okay..." Fran was speechless, she'd wanted this. It was one dream she had retained from her old life, but this...this was not how she imagined it. "We will...We will get through this." She touched her stomach, a bit amazed. LOLTERNATIVE "And after.." GaGa could tell Fran was concerned about.. them. "We don't have to be together. We can just stay friends." Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran flushed a bit, "I am sorry. I do not mean to mean you anything, but this...you aren't for me. I left the woods to have a different life than my people...and this isn't it. I would like to be your friend still, and for our children to grow together. But for us, there can't be more. I am glad you understand." She smiled up at Gaga. "I have to say I'm rather excited about them."

LOLTERNATIVE "It's fine; I'm not ready to settle down with one person." Gaga grinned. "I'm excited, too." Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran flashed a bit of a smile. "Hopefully one of them will have your blonde hair and my skin." She stroked Gaga's hair thoughtfully. LOLTERNATIVE GaGa chuckled. "I hope they all have your strength." Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran flushed, "And your singing talent. No one wants to hear my sing." Her lisp faded as she blushed deeper. LOLTERNATIVE "I'm sure you're fine." She laughed and smiled, nuzzling Fran lightly. "We'll be fine. Nyx Queen of Darkness "That's not why I was blushing." LOLTERNATIVE GaGa tilted her head. "What's wrong?" Nyx Queen of Darkness Fran stroked Gaga's hair with one hoof, and put her other on Gaga's face. "Well, we're both pregnant. Right?" LOLTERNATIVE GaGa nodded; a little flustered at Fran being so close to her like this. "Yes.."

Nyx Queen of Darkness Which means we can't get pregnant again...." The lisp of her accent making an alluring sound as she leaned a bit closer. "I propose that let's not decide to be just friends for a few more days, or at least a few more hours. I'd kind of like to have some memory to connect them with you." She kissed Gaga lightly on the cheek. "What's the harm?" LOLTERNATIVE "I don't see any harm." GaGa grinned and kissed Fran lightly. Nyx Queen of Darkness "Then what are we doing still up?" *** Fran had woke up later, a bit disoriented. It was weird, all that had transpired in such a short time. It was a bit disorienting. She touched her stomach, she was going to be a mother with someone she barely knew. It was kind of weird but awesome all at the same time. She'd never particularly imagined becoming a mother at all. But now that she knew it was going to happen, she was...well rather excited. She started to imagine what they'd look like...Maybe dark like her with Gaga's blonde hair... They'd be glorious, and beautiful. Maybe a few little girls...maybe even a little boy. Maybe they'd have her ears, and Gaga's hair. She found herself blushing at the thought, it was kind of...well weird. But she was excited, leaning over. She kissed Gaga again, she was happy this had happened.

Fran was in the Golgomora Jungle, outside the Eruyt Village. She couldn’t make up her mind. Her family was on the other side, not that far from her. But she couldn’t feel a connection with them or these woods like she use to.
She had given this all up, and become basically Hume. She missed the voice of the woods. It’s soft lilting call…but her ears were deaf to it anymore.
She was not apart of this place, of the Viera anymore. She was not a hume either.
What did that make her either?
She was not accepted by either, not as one of them. The Forest did not welcome her anymore.
Picking up her bow, she touched the wood of the trees once more. She would leave this place. She would not return. She was unwelcome here, and it was unwelcome to her. To see the place you once loved, a distant stranger to you. It was pain.
She couldn't go back...not now. Not ever.
She was no longer of this place.

She was in the city, it was bustling and busy. Very un-like the jungle, she'd once been in.
The airships were docked, the moogles were wandering around with their little Kupo cries. It was beyond belief.
She missed her home, her people but this...this was the reason she left. She needed to explore, to see the outside world.
She watched, the gates across the way. She wasn't sure what she was waiting for, but she knew that it was coming through there. It was like the voice of the wood had been replaced with this pull toward there.
The gates opened and a young man walked out talking to friends. She could feel the pull to him. He was what had been calling her to this life of adventure...
He was the reason for leaving the wood...
For forsaking her sisters, her family...He was the reason. And instead of sadness, her heart was filled with joy. This was her new call, her new place to be.
His eyes met hers and he smiled.
