Oblivion was in the forest, finally away from the rest of the group. It had been ages since she'd been away from them. Even though she was lonely, it was a relief to be away from the Coven.
She stretched her wings and looked around the clearing, maybe she should take flight. It had been a long while.

Demonica was by the beach. It was sunset and the wind was a bit chilly. Nonetheless it didn't bug her. She was just happy that the scientist she had escaped from had stopped trying to hunt her down. How long had it been since she had seen her family? They probably wouldn't recognize her now with all her mutations. She was a plain unicorn until science got a hold of her and implanted mer and pixie genes in her.

Oblivion stretched her wings and flew for a bit, finally she landed on a sandy shore. Her hooves touched the soft sand and see let herself slow to a stop. She was surprised to see someone not far off from her. She wasn't sure to run or not.

Demonica was still focused on the ocean, but she heard wings and then something landing nearby. She turned her head around to see who it was. The black and orange hybrid turned her head around to see a demon. For a moment she started to say something but she stopped realizing who she thought it was. "Figures I would be that stupid." She said to herself before sighing disappointed.

Oblivion folded her wings, "That stupid?" She hated being known as part of the Coven, as daughter of Azrael. It always lead to problems.

Demonica looked down at the ground for a moment. "I thought for a moment you were my sister with the black and orange coloring. Then again she was a unicorn so it was a dumb mistake on my behalf."

Demonica still had her focus on the ground. "Because I wouldn't want her to see me like this. Not like this. I put a hex on the humans that did this to me, but still it's not possible to reverse the side effects they did to me." She looked up. "Some died but I made sure they died a slow and painful death."

"That sounds fun." She couldn't but show her chipper attitude at the suffering. "I mean...wow." She paled a bit, "Why would you want to be reversed?"

Demonica had a sort of smile when she mentioned the first part, but it slowly faded. "Well...to be honest our herd was made up of dark unicorns. If you were a pure dark unicorn then you have a higher ability range. When I got experimented on I lost some of my original abilities. Indeed I gained new ones, but the old ones were helpful. One was psychic premonitions. The only thing I gained is I can breathe underwater for long periods of time. Days sometimes if I have to."

"It doesn't seem to bad an exchange to me." She tossed her hair as she watched the other girl. "But your family doesn't like it at all? Or do they not know?"

Demonica looked into the water for a second before returning her gaze. "Well...it's more they would be disappointed I lost the ability to do psychic premonitions. At best I can just hex people and place curses, but the main ability I had is lost." She looked back at the water. "Oh well...I suppose worse could happen though."
