Got the cover and the a translation of the blurb from the German Amazon page...  Quote: Harry Dresden forgot his own golden rule: magic - it can get a guy killed. like the third book...but its like he said "there never seems to be a good time" I hope they dont..I actualy like Murphy and would like her and Kincaid to get Somewhere..I actualy thought Luccio was good..but if I had to choose I would say the mother of his child (if this is an multiple choice lol) Susan..not cuz she is Latina or anything but because they seemed to be good...and he FELL for her really HARD.. and that book sounds awsome..Im almost done reading Turn Coat since its the last my library has on the series...Im gonna have to buy the rest..damm..

Illusera I hope this doesn't mean he'll be gone for good at the end of this book. gonk Poor Harry can't seem to catch a break. sad In a live chat on some website whose Link I believe is posted somehwere in the main page of this guild, Butcher mentioned (after getting annoyed at the people's anger at what happend to Harry) Terra West comming back and how that had been delayed by at least one book because of what happened at the end of the last one. Between that and the assurances that there'll be a three part ending, I really doubt Harry is going to die. smile

Between that and the assurances that there'll be a three part ending, I really doubt Harry is going to die. smile That's a relief. ^_^ He does alot but he often gets the short end of the stick too much. Someone here mentioned that he's a tragic hero (forgot the username), I think that's an accurate description for him. It makes me wonder though, if Harry died (or rather, semi died) he seems to be in a purgatory like place. I wonder where he thinks he'll end up once he finishes his unfinished business?

The hint was in Changes. She said, "You're not the only mortal I have my eyes on. Perhaps your brother, I could give him the ability to be with the one he loves" (Loose translation). It's before he makes the sacrifice on the Stone Table.
Don't forget, there's a short story, 30 minutes after changes coming out in "Side Jobs" from Murphy's perspective. We'll see what happens there.
To those who are worried about Harry getting killed off, there's still 12 more books to be released, and then a 3 part apocalyptic ending. Harry's still got a few more years left in him.
