Remains of San Fransisco
Ravaged by battle after battle the last of the normals in the area, I and a few other survivors, bunkered down the old prison of Alcatraz which at one point was modified to keep in villains and is now used to keep them out. The once great golden gate bridge is collapsing slowly. The city itself has been picked clean building are mainly intact no real villains wasted the energy to destroy anything most heroes were distracted with other things and no real battles broke out. So now it's a ghost city.
