the centre has been pedestrianised since i lived there, this is how i remember it, i wish they hadn't pulled down the clock tower

well this is Hebburn...it doesnt look so bad from the air...i tried looking for more photos but i was getting depressed so i stopped.

that is the river tyne if anyones interested...Wallsend is the bit north of the river with the cranes/shipyards. the treey bit in the foreground is the cemetery which my bedroom window looks out on...our house is just out of shot at the bottom.

I am from a Town Called Chatham but it is an area called Medway...It is a collection of several towns and the city of Rochester you mostly cant tell the borders between the towns and soon the area Medway is likely to be called a City.

it has three main towns.
Chatham
Gillingham

well Chatham has the dockyard inc.. the submarine ocelot...
Rochetsre has a big old castle and the dickens festival...
Strood has...well other than burnt out cars it has amadeus nightclub zoo magazines best nightclub in Britain! (they must never have been there then!)
Gillingham has a football team, well they are meant to be a football team but I'm not sure what they are playing recently!
