Setting:   Aegle decided she was going to wander into Omaticaya lands to see Leo. She hadn't seen him since the whole thing with Sin and Odi. She was mad at him at the time still and hardly talked to him. She felt bad for that. So she was going to have a surprise visit it. Maybe they could have some alone time.

 Leo was in his usual spot. Which was to say, a tree. Anyone who knew him knew looking up was your best bet. He was currently sleeping, a very light and uneasy sleep. The branch he had chosen to nap on was thick, with enough knots that he wasn't in danger of rolling off. Still, with the tossing, turning, and muttering, it couldn't have been a pleasant dream.

Aegle crossed over the Tribes line and into their lands. She was hopping to high heavens that nothing bad would happen. She started moving to the big tree that she could see. She remembered that Leo had said that was the main place to go.

Leo startled awake. He sat for a moment, slowly returning to reality. Just a bad dream.
The green male yawned and stretched. He was wondering what to do today. Probably explore his new home territory some more. He stalked over to the end of his branch and leaped to the next tree.
As he moved at a leisurely pace his thoughts turned to Aegle. He hadn't seen his mate for several days, and missed her. She had needed time to cool off though, and he understood. Leo wasn't sure when she would finally come back, but he kept his eyes, ears, and nose open just in case.

Aegle heard movement in a tree but wasnt sure what it was. She moved away from the sound thinking it might be something harmful. She really wasnt in the mood for fighting of any sort. So she was going to play it safe.

Leo heard rustling from the forest floor and looked down more from habit and boredom. His face brightened when he saw who it was.
"Aegle," he called out to her. It was impossible to miss the pleasure in his voice. He was very happy to see his mate again.

Aegle paused when she heard her name being called. It sounded like Leo. She looked around calling out "Leo?" She than remembered that he liked to be up high so she looked up. There he was up in a tree like normally. She smiled at him.

Leo moved to a lower branch, as his current one was a bit too high to jump down from without possibly hurting himself. He landed lightly on the ground and moved over to Aegle, nuzzling her in a greeting.
"How have you been, love?"

Aegle let out a sigh as Leo nuzzled her. "Worried and I'm sorry for how I acted."She said softly. She rubbed her cheek against his and closed her eyes. "I missed you terrible" she pulled back to look at him.

Leo's chest rumbled slightly with silent laughter. It was a content laugh, a happy one. "With luck we should only have to be apart when you leave to visit Dakari." He would have liked to travel with his mate to visit the kit that had once been in his care, but the tribe elder of Cruor and he had very little tolerance for the other.
"I'm surprised you found me so quickly. Omaticaya land is a giant maze of trees, logs, and plants if you don't know your way around. I'm still learning about the area, even." He paused for a moment, thinking. "Would you like to go swimming with me? There's a lake close by, I believe. Clear as crystal, with beautiful plants and rocks lining the bottom."

Aegle looked up at him while he laughed. "What do you mean we will only be apart when I'm with Dakari? You have a tribe. Dont they want you here?"She asked confused.
She kissed him. "I guess i'm just lucky like that i guess. And yeah a nice swim sound nice hun. Lead the way."

Leo led the way. As they walked he thought about her earlier statement. "They aren't my nursemaids, but I do join the tribe for their company at times. Ecthelion is a reasonable Elder, and Omaticaya is tolerant of others if they mean us no harm. I do not think they would object to my mate spending time with me."
He smiled, looking over at Aegle. "Besides, I can spend my time bonding with the tribe while you're gone to bond with Dakari." For now this would be true. Omaticaya was a small and disorganized tribe; Leo had much free time on his hands.

Aegle stayed close to Leo's side. She felt this huge need to be touching with him. She hopped he wouldnt mind her kind of clinging to him. "Ok as long as i dont get you in trouble."She said with slight worry in her voice.
