 The Lost One
-- Name -- Cheerilee
-- Name Meaning -- Nothing. Cheerilee is a My Little Pony and also appears in the movie The Runaway Rainbow as a purple bodied unicorn with pink hair, the right pony at the top.
-- Nicknames -- Cheer
-- Breed -- Regular
-- Obtained -- MLP Event Flaffle
-- Herd -- None. Lives in a small makeshift herd consisting of Pond, Callie, and Dove.
-- Generation -- 1
-- Mate -- None
-- Breedings 0/3
-- Children -- None
-- Background -- It goes without saying that Cheerilee comes from a different land. If one was to ignore the strange mark on her hindquarters, there is her odd name and bright colors. It was a beautiful place, full of peace and other kind horses. So why did she leave for these unpredictable lands?
Cheerilee had strayed some distance from her herd, in search of her favorite and hidden patch of clovers. She had no fear of being lost. The bright colors of her herd always made them stand out. But today was different. Today she wasn't alone at her patch. There was a yellow colored stallion, outsider yellow, not the bright colors of her herd, there, his head bent to eat the clovers. She felt no anger over her private patch being discovered. More so for the fact he seemed to be foreign to these lands. She approached him with friendliness and offered to show him around.
Not usually one to be charmed, Cheerilee couldn't help but be fascinated with this stallion. He spoke to her in a very romantic way, taking advantage of her kindness and slipping behind her barriers. She soon became infatuated with him. So much so, that she let herself be lead away from her herd, away from the lands she knew. Far away, into different territory. Only when his true intentions were known did she snap out of it.
She had been brought back to his lands as a far-off prize. Just another addition to his herd of lovelies. More lovely, in fact, with her bright pink coat and hair mixed with purple streaks. Cheerilee became afraid for the first time in her life. But as he advanced on her, preparing to beat her into submitting to him, a part of her snapped. Even in these strange lands, she would not be a trophy mare. She would not be charmed and taken advantage of. So she fought back. Not with her hooves or her teeth. But with her wit. With a few sweet words, she pretended to submit. With a flick of her tail and a flutter of her eyes, she had him almost as charmed with her as she was with him. So much so, she managed to trap him and escape.
Fortunately, she got away. Unfortunately, she was stranded in unknown territory, with no idea of which direction her herd was.
-- Personality -- It should also go without question that Cheerilee is very, well...cheery. Not quite bubbly like her coat may suggest, she nonetheless likes to always look at the brighter side of things. Negativity gets you nowhere. However, don't take her to be a fool or naive, because she is none of those.

A...Family? -- After wandering alone for many months, Cheer is happy when she bumps into a pretty green stallion who shows her his little makeshift family of two foals.
Plots Finding more MLP -- Doesn't necessarily need to be from her own herd. But just finding one of her own kind would be awesome and make her feel less alone.
Feel Negative, Damnit! -- Cheer doesn't like negativity. At all. If something horrible were to happen, she would still try to act cheery. She needs to be shown that it's alright to be sad every now and than. |
