I think Panpipes sells herbs, I personally would look at Greenwood Herbals, but that is probably because I know the herbalist there. It will probably be easier to find dried herbs then fresh ones, because they have a longer shelf-life and thus are easier to ship. for fresh herbs you might want to consider buying seeds rather than herbs. I wish you luck in this endeavor.

I've always liked Mountain Rose Herbs. Another suggestion is that you can grow some of your own. Get some little flowerpots, or window boxes and plant some of what you use most often.

I don't know much about online suppliers, but there are a lot of herbs that can be obtained at your local grocery. Look in the spice section and you might be amazed. Another solution to your predicament could he crowing your own herb garden. You can have it as an indoor plant, since winter is so close now. I have an herb garden with mint, lemon balm, Boston tea, basil, sage, rosemary, parsley, and a few other types of mint. Even being in a big city, or a rural remote area, you can find herbs to spice up your life.
Also, you can try a local farmers market, or flee market. You can find all sorts of weird stuff there.

I'm not sure what to suggest when it comes to buying online herbs, mainly since half the potency is lost when they are dried out and things. I would suggest however in investing in a book that would give you substitutes for the same effect you're looking for.
