How long would it take to yield decent profits on one of these? Say about 500k-1mil?

It's had a few spikes, but it's stayed around the 3 mil mark for a while. It'd be probably a good 2-4 months.

It's an item above the 1mill mark items like that can fluctuate from a few hundred k to a few mill. So timing wise to make the desired profit you're looking for could vary. Judging by it's natural course of inflation however Archon is correct.
