For an overhead do you usually tap the ball or slam the ball? I do both. My coach said that if you can't hit the overhead out of the air then let it bounce and tap it so the other player(s) can't get it wink

i love to serve pretty lamely to begin with, but once im all warmed up i whip out a fast serve down the line to surprise my opponents. haha

well if im in the right position i usually hit an overhead as hard as i can but if they back up alot i tap it over so there's no way for them to get it lol ^^
