My brother played the first one when he was like 12. We didnt know about the decapitation until we watched him play it. We had no choice but to take in and smash the game. (Truth be told we didn't do that. Its still in the house somewhere. sweatdrop ) Personally something that violent isnt much fun. I doubt I would ever play the second one.
