 Professor Birch's Lab is a large laboratory where beginning trainers can obtain a free pokemon. Most visitors of this lab are researches, well-experienced trainers, or trainers who are just beginning. Professor Birch himself, however, may not be found in his lab, for he loves to go out and do field work. His assistants will always be there, though.

Kisuke from the Kanto Region patiently waited in Professor Birch's Lab for Professor Birch to return so he can receive his free pokemon.

Prof. Birch stumbles along frantically, being chased by two Dustox, back to his lab. He waves his arms in the air, calling out, "Help!"

Stan walks in to see Prof. Birch being chase by two Dustox."Whoah...." He says as his voice was slightly deeper. Two vines grab the Dustox and he says. "Yo kisuke....."

An Ivysaur walks in behind him. "You okay.....?" He says as The ivysaur uses sleep powder on the dustox.

Kisuke slapped his forehead. "Please excuse my friend Professor Birch. Stan don't you know that in order to obtain a Master Ball you must first complete a difficult task." said Kisuke.
