Everyone has been turned into an animal and is now stuck that way. The only way to change back is to kill the witch that changed you. There is only one witch though so once she dies everyone changes back. Which can be both good and bad depending on the side you are on! But the problem is if you ever kill the witch your enemy will change back into a human as well and you will once again be pushed into war.
