the better monarchs are Caius and Raiza play 3 of each of those. Vanity's Fiend and LADD are in there for the ani-meta sorta. Water Sprit and Calculator need to leave the FROG squad. Level Limit Area B is going to hurt you in your time of need especially when monarchs are in your hand. Ekibyo drakmord isn't good at all.
The traps should be something like: Solemn Judgment, mirror force, BTH, Trap dustshoot.

The frogs mainly have to be really monster heavy like 29 around there. then small amount of spells and traps.

Truth be told, this is a deck someone is selling on Ebay. Do you think it's worth buying for £30 (Approx $49)? Just as a base deck? Or would my money be better spent on trying to set up an Infernity deck?

It's fair enough to say that but without saying where or how isn't very helpful...? I'm assuming then that Ebay isn't the best place to buy cards then?

It's a VERY reliable source to buy cards but not everyone is equally the same source and same price for the cards you need/want.

Look at that, those guys are all good players for the most part.

Other advice, wait until the banlist to buy into Infernity. It hasn't done anything yet because sabers kick so much a**, but it might still get hit and you don;t want to over buy what you'll need. Unless of course prices allow you to get playsets of everything. Barriers might be a good buy right now as they are down a bit.
