Okay, lemme see what I got here...
Dragonite
I prefer a physical set, but you could surprise people with a special set or mixed attacker.
Nature: Adamant 252 Atk/252 Spe/4 HP
Moveset: Dragon Claw/Dragon Rush/Outrage Stone Edge/Rock Slide/Fire Punch Earthquake/Roost Extremespeed/Dragon Dance
Okay, your main source of damage and stab would be Dragon Claw. Dragon Rush is something to consider power-wise.. but the accuracy causes many to go with Dragon Claw. Outrage is a good choice as well.. but your trapped in the move and will be left confused at the end of the turn. Stone Edge or Rockslide has immense coverage but the accuracy is a little scary. Though each has great secondary effects. I would couple Rock Slide with Dragon Dance so you have the Flinch hax in your favor. But Stone Edge has the high crit going for it. Fire Punch is the safe alternative to both, still getting Ice coverage. Roost is standard recovery while Earthquake is great for pesky Steel types if you opt for a Rock attack over Fire Punch. The last move has several options. Extremespeed is what most people are carrying these days. But Dragon Dance does have it's uses and allows you to have a good chance of sweeping the competition.
Other Choices: Thunderpunch, Thunderwave, Agility, Aqua Tail, Safeguard, Wing Attack, Wrap, Return, Brick Break, Aerial Ace, Facade, Steel Wing, Giga Impact, Draco Meteor, Ice Punch, Iron Head, Superpower, Headbutt, Tailwind, Light Screen, and Haze
Charmeleon
Not sure if you plan on evolving this Pokemon. Either way both Charmeleon and Charizard work well as a special attacker and Physical attacker. Special is where you really get to see it's power but a Physical one can throw people off.
Nature: Jolly 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 Hp
Moveset: Swords Dance/Belly Drum/Dragon Dance/Counter Thunderpunch Rock Slide/Earthquake/Crunch/Dragon Claw/Dragon rush/Outrage Flare Blitz/Fire Punch/Fire Fang
Okay, basic idea is raise your attack. Then strike. Swords Dance is great because your attack stat is doubled in one use. Belly Drum is more for a lead Charmeleon/Charizard. Though it's defenses aren't so great to use Belly Drum effectively. Only use it if you KNOW they're going to try and set up entry hazards. Dragon Dance is a nice choice because you'll get a speed boost as well. Counter should only be used with a Focus Sash. If you see an Earthquake coming, You'll be able to punish them for using it. Thunderpunch will handle most water types. Rockslide is mainly for the best coverage as it takes out Dragonite, Charizard, other fire types, and many other pokemon. Earthquake is pretty standard.. but Charmeleon doesn't learn it. Charizard does. Crunch is really just psychic and ghost coverage.. but stab Flare Blitz or Fire Punch should handle them. Dragon Rush/Outrage is just a nice surprise for Garchomp or Dragonite thinking they can scare you away.
Other Choices: Smokescreen, Scary Face, Return, Brick Break, Attract, Will-o-Wisp, and Shadow Claw
Togekiss
I like the special sweep Togekiss. I've never seen a physically oriented one... I think some may use it as support..
Nature: Modest or Timid 252 Sp Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP Ability: Serene Grace
Moveset: Air Slash Aura Sphere Heatwave Nasty Plot/Shadow Ball
Air Slash is a very good move for Togekiss when coupled with Serene Grace. With a 60% chance of getting a flinch hax. Everyone will HATE this flying whatever. Aura Sphere is perfect for Double Teamers and Sand Veilers. A move that always hits with such high power is excellent. Not to mention the coverage that comes with it. Rock, Ice, Normal, Dark types will flee from Togekiss. Heatwave is more for Metagross and Bronzong, that eat up the other attacks with no problem. And they are COMMON as hell. Nasty Plot is a lovely move that doubles your special stat in one use. While Shadow Ball is for the people who don't want to go through the trouble of breeding. Shadow Ball's chance of lowering the foe's Special Defense becomes 40% with Serene Grace. Not to mention the switch in to a foe's Ghost attack, taking zero damage and surprising them with a Ghost move of your own is priceless.
Other Options: Togekiss' movepool is pretty deep. And Her role as a supporting player is also something to consider. Instead listing all the possible moves I'll just make a nifty Support set too.
Ability: Serene Grace/Hustle
Serene Grace: Calm or Bold 212 HP/ 198 Def/ 96 Sp Def or Sp Atk Hustle: Impish or Careful 212 HP/ 198 Def/ 96 Atk
Moveset: Serene Grace Yawn/Thunderwave Sweet Kiss/Water Pulse Heal Bell/Wish Air Slash
Moveset: Hustle Yawn/Thunderwave Wish/Heal Bell Extremespeed Sky Attack
To be completed..

There should be a guide in this sub-forum.. but I'll try to give you a general idea on how to EV train.
Okay, so Ev training is really a simple concept once you fully comprehend how to do it.
4EVs = 1 stat boost.
Each and every pokemon can have a total of 510 Evs. The maximum amount of Ev's that can go into one stat is 255.
Since 4 EVs = one stat. 255 into a stat is pretty pointless. Most people put 252 into one stat and 252 into another. Then 6 into the last stat. Leaving 2 Ev's utterly useless. Though Ev's can be spread in many ways, actually making use of the last two EV's.
How do you get an EV? Anytime your pokemon KO's another pokemon and gains EXP points. You get a certain amount of EVs into a certain stat (or stats) depending on which pokemon you ko.
Examples: Machop= 1 Attack EV Geodude= 1 Defense EV Tentacruel= 2 Special defense EVs Blissey= 3 HP EVs Charmeleon= 1 Special attack Ev and 1 Speed Ev
So now let's see if we understand everything so far...
You are training your soon to be epic, Steelix, in Defense. Which Pokemon should you knock out for Defense EVs? Why, Geodude of course! But how many Evs do I need for 1 stat? 4 Defense Evs = One stat boost in Defense. So you need to Ko 4 Geodudes.
Alright! So I need to fight 200 Geo...dudes.. crying This'll take forever..
Not really! We have certain items and conditions that help us make Ev training something that can be done within less than an hour. (Depending on certain variables..encounter rates, money, BP, etc)
First off, Ko-ing bigger Pokemon is always an easier way to get more Ev's faster. Need Defense? Ko a Graveler for 2 Defense Evs instead of Geodude.
Next, we have the oh so special vitamins. Protein, Iron, Calcium, Etc. These items can help you knockout 100(or more) of the Ev's you need to acquire.
1 Vitamin = 10 EVs of the respective stat So basically, 2 Proteins = 20 Attack Evs = +5 Attack to your base stat.
But, you have a limit to how many Vitamins you can use before the pokemon will stop taking them. Once the pokemon has 100 Ev's into a certain stat, that pokemon will not take anymore vitamins for that stat.
EX: You give your Raichu 10 Calciums. That's 100 Special Attack EV's. Your Raichu will no longer take Calciums, but will take the Carbos since that still has 0 EV's.
So it's best to start off (if possible) giving your pokemon the appropriate amount of vitamins first. Then start EV trainin' the old fashioned way. Because you shave off 100 of the 252 Ev's you were going to put into Sp attack. So now you only need 152 Evs in that particular stat.
Next items are the Power Items. Power Bracer, Power Lens, Power Belt, Etc. These handy items add +4 of their respective stat, regardless of what you KO.
So let's say now you're training a nifty Buizel in speed. And you have it hold the Power Anklet. You go out and battle one Spearow. How many Ev's will you get?
Spearow = 1 Speed EV + 4 Speed EV's(Power Anklet)= 5 Speed Evs!
Fearow = 2 Speed Evs + 4 Speed EV's(Power Anklet)= 6 Speed Evs!
Careful.. this may happen... Caterpie = 1 Hp Ev + 4 Speed Ev's(Power Anklet)= 1 Hp Ev and 4 Speed
Be wary of what you battle. There's plenty of sites online that inform you of how much ev's one pokemon gives you.
The final support we have is a special condition pokemon get called Pokerus. With this nifty little condition. All EVs accumulated will double. So if your Pokemon had Pokerus that 5 Speed Ev's would become 10 Speed Ev's just for fighting one Spearow!
Pokerus can be spread to other pokemon by having them set next to an infected pokemon. One must put an infected pokemon in the pc before midnight or it loses the ability to spread the Pokerus. Though the effects still linger.
Okay. So let's do a little test run here. We're going to train a Sneasel. The typical spread people use for Sneasel is.. 252 Attack/ 252 Speed/ 6 Hp(or whatever)
First step. Acquire your Vitamins. 10 Proteins. 10 Carbos. Feed it to your Sneasel. Now you only need to get 152 Attack/ 152 Speed/ and 6 Hp. Wow.. this is already halfway done! (This step is optional. Many do not have the means to purchase so many vitamins and do not like collecting BP merely for these items.)
Next, we want to equip Sneasel with the appropriate gear. We also want to take care and calculate exactly how many Pokemon we will need to Ko. I'm going with the way I always go about it. I equip Sneasel with a Power Anklet first. And spread Pokerus to her. Let's do some Math here..
Fearow = 2 Spe Evs + 4 Spe Evs(Power) x 2(PKRS) = 12 Speed Ev's = +3 for each Fearow Ko'd.
152/12 = 12.6 Or 12.(Always round down) 12x12 = 144 + 8 = 152
So I'll need to Ko 12 Fearow while holding the Power Anklet. which will equal 144 Speed Evs. Then remove the Power Anklet and Ko 2 more for the last 8.
Then repeat the process for Attack.
You know your pokemon finishes EV training once you receive the Effort Ribbon from Blackthorne(HG/SS) or Sunnyshore(D/P/Pt) City.
I hope I didn't make it hard to understand.
