To tell the truth I've never heard their music . . . are they synth rock?
I have no clue . . . my friend talks about them
Always wanted to get into them but never got around to it
Is there that remix with them and TBM? (never wanted to dance) or is that another band? I dont know or forget . . . XP
Do you have any recommendations for songs I should start out with?

TBM did a remix with them for Never Wanted to Dance and Straight to Video. No MSI is not synth rock. They're electronic punk. TBM and them are friends too. Actually MSI's music is very...random lol. Here's everyone's fave song "Shut Me Up" (it was directed by Jhonen V creator of IZ and JTHM so don't freak out by the video)

I heard of The Birthday Massacre because of Mindless Self Indulgence :] I saw TBM live for the first time at an MSI show.
Both of the bands were fantastic!
The other band, Combichrist... eh... not so much sweatdrop
