Quick! Everybody! Make a funny face!
Anyway, how are you today?
We just got a Wii for my brother's birthday, and we're currently in the process of setting it up, I'm cised. Because, y'know, we've never had any kind of gaming platform before, so. We're all excited. You should see my dad being all gleeful about it, it's very entertaining. :]

I grew up with a Nintendo. Not a 64 or anything, just a Nintendo. I would sometimes put in Megaman 2, then let it play and listen to the music on the title screen. Later on I got a Playstation, then a Nintendo 64. The happiest day I had for some time was when my brother gave me his Super Nintendo. I got to play Chrono Trigger and StarFox all I wanted.
The second happiest was when I realized that they had a StarFox 64. Lord, what a great day that was.
I also got a GameBoy Pocket one year for Christmas. That's gone. I got a GameBoy Advance at one point. Broke it, then got another one. Gave that one to my brother, whose stuff had been stolen by his roommate. Now I have a GameBoy Color and a Super Nintendo emulator program. And I am happy.

It always boggles my mind hearing that people never grew up with gaming systems. This is probably due to the fact that I have always had a system in my house. But it's still weird.
We started with an SNES. Then had an N64, a Gamecube and eventually a Wii. Then my brother purchased an XBOX 360 and my friend gave me a PS2. Not to mention there was a GameBoy SP in there somewhere.

We already have several pinball machines, but they're a fairly recent development. Getting an actual video game is pretty cool. :] That's quite a lineup there. Are there any games you'd recommend for the Wii? Also, Jack, I always find it funny that you use so many biblical references in your chosen vernacular despite the fact that you are not of the faith. xD

It..... gets the point across. Jesus. ninja
Actually, my family attended church regularly until my parents divorced. Then my mom suddenly became Wiccan and I suddenly became relieved. The church we'd been going to brought a clown in on the first day we went there, see, and I was always bothered by the thought that they could choose to bring it back.
I'm deathly afraid of clowns. That day, I cried hysterically.
These days, I'd probably attack it.
By the way, I never made a funny face.

I actually don't have many Wii games that I play, (Most of them are my brother's) but the ones I've enjoyed most are Super Smash Bros Brawl, Wii Play and, because I am HUGE Zelda nerd, Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. I'm almost finished with LoZ: TP and it's so much fun.

I'm almost finished with LoZ: TP and it's so much fun. First off, I'm not very good with immediately figuring out abbreviations. I can do it, it just takes a second. That said, when I first read that, I thought it said, "Legend of Zelda: Toilet Paper." Then I figured out what it actually was and felt like an idiot.

There was a clown at the picnic I was at yesterday. His name was Oops. I gave him a hug. Anyway, thanks for the recommendations. :] I guess never having a console has forced me to develop my multitude hobbies. Alphonse: Oh yes, I'm sure it would. xd
